This is a great item. The water tastes great. If you follow the instructions, you shouldn’t have any problems. Filters really fast. Water flow is fast. My wife and I drink a lot of water and fill up our half gallon water bottles daily before going to work and before bed. We also drink it throught the day. I also use it for my dogs water and to rehydrate his food. Bought on 5/20/2025 and now 7/11/2025 the indicator is showing that i need to replace filter which makes sense with all the water we drink. Still taste good and very clear. Holds a lot of water and easy to handle.

Great product for my fiancés work, healthy water for staff in a not so well water filtered area.

Love this thing. My only thing is it takes up so much space in the refrigerator. But it produces good water. The water tastes good. You can tell it's filtering. The double filter was a must for me. It does what it needs to do at a price point that's better than others.

I was looking for water dispensers to help with my water intake. This seemed like a great option because it was bigger than most brita dispensers. I followed the set up instructions to a T and was happy with how much cold water I could pour before I had to refill it. After a couple weeks my stomach started hurting and cramping, I believed I was getting sick with how ill I felt. My boyfriend reminded me to drink more water and I went through a few large glasses. I went to top off the container and noticed some black powdery substance leaking from the filter and immediately called customer support. They advised me that it was just carbon deposit, that it was harmless but usually will cause an upset stomach & offered to send me two new filters. I had the new filters for a couple weeks before I got that same feeling and immediately knew what it was. I checked the basin and sure enough, there was a small amount of black powder at the bottom. I called customer service again and requested a refund. They kept assuring me that it was non toxic but by that point I was upset that my attempt to be better hydrated ended with me physically ill. Customer service was excellent but there is clearly a design flaw with this product. I was happy to throw it away.

it's been 3 months since getting this, and I did a lot of research comparing other filter dispensers before getting this. I think it's the best one for what I was looking for. It holds a lot of water where I can use it for drinking and cooking and if you have it near the sink, it's so easy to fill up. It also filters super fast like within minutes so you're never out of fresh water. I was worried about the faucet part leaking and it hasn't yet. I love this product, no complaints. I will have to see about filters later when I have to change them but no issues rn

Wish it was glass is my only complaint. Even then I'm glad it's not due to weight. Easily fits in my fridge. Water tastes great. Helps me feel better about drinking tap water. Easy to clean and use. Have used this brands facuet attachable water filter as well. Couldn't use it in this apartment so thankful for this product

Absolute garbage. I watched so many videos saying this was good. Water never tasted right. Send your water out or do a test. Results will shock you
