Love this camera for my young budding photographer! It was easy to use and the quality is great!

UPDATE: Due to the holidays, DROGRACE did not contact me back until after, which was fine. After some e-mail communications through Amazon, they offered to resend an entirely new device (they mentioned that the cost of shipping the old one back would have been more costly). After about 2-3 days of communication, the address was verified and the package was shipped. Got it within a week and the case for the camera is definitely not defective. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the customer service. The only downside is that you must absolutely contact them through Amazon communication services if you're wanting to send pictures or PDFs of proof of damage. I have changed this from 3-stars to 4-stars because I did receive a new case for the camera. The reason why it's not 5-stars, however, is due to loss of audio quality when recording. Another issue is that, although the size is potentially great for kids, I've found that if the hands are too small, holding/gripping it can be quite difficult as placements of the buttons are rather difficult for a child with small hands. That, however, does not deter my child from enjoying the camera and using it! Original: Packaging: There were sheets of air pillows with no air in it so this little piece of equipment was tossed around in its box. Quality: Image and video quality is actually decent for the price. It's great for small hands and kids who are discovering their creative side. It's great for adults as well, however, the quality of the LCD screen could use some upgrading. One real issue I had with this product is that upon inspecting it, I noticed that the fastener embedded into the case was broken and shifted. Because of this, the mount is unusable. One other small defect is that the back case has 2 small circular paddings, but only one was applied. There is no way to contact the manufacturer, DROGRACE, because a website for them does not exist and the manual does not have any contact information. The only way to contact them and hope for an answer back is through Amazon. I have already sent a message and hope to get an answer before going through an exchange process with Amazon on this product. I'm pretty disappointed I got a product with defected parts.

We bought this little camera for our honeymoon in Jamaica, knowing that we wanted to snorkel, sail, and spend as much time as we could in the water. I have to say, I’m beyond impressed with how our pictures turned out! They don’t look like much in the tiny digital screen when you first take them, but once I uploaded them I was blown away with the quality! We brought this camera everywhere we went for a full week. Its as waterproof as it says it is! The case did let some water in when we brought it snorkeling (maybe as deep as10-15 ft), but the camera inside still worked great! The camera came with a memory card so we didn’t have to buy one. I charged it once before we left and it be battery lasted for the full week! Uploading the pictures when we got home was as easy as popping the memory card out of the camera and into the laptop. It took seconds. I didn’t leave reviews often, but for this I felt I needed to. This little camera did its job!

This camera came with bubbles in the screen that made it difficult to see what you were filming. The handle that screws into the case so you can hold on to it wouldn't screw in more than a quarter turn. When I emailed support, they ignored the screen issue entirely and told me to screw the handle in 2-3 turns and then use the stabilizing plate to hold it in place. That is exactly how it is supposed to work, I understand, but when it won't even turn in more than a quarter turn you can't stabilize it. Really bad support for this product. Update: They refunded the cost of the camera, so that was nice. I updated from 1 star to 3 because of this.

I bought this camera for my 7 year old little boy for his birthday.. he loves going swimming and what more fun than to be able to take pictures underwater!! He always loves that it has games he can play on while in the pool since it is waterproof! Camera is good quality, great price, battery life last for about 8 hours before needing to charge. It is blue and black in color and is small which is perfect for younger kids! Definitely recommend if you want to add extra fun to your water activities!!

Bought two of these cameras for my five and nine-year-old sons. Problems, problems, problems: Camera 1: Worked fine for two days. After two days, pictures on the photo gallery were impossible to see as the screen was covered in green pixels, similar to a phone screen that you drop. Thing is, the camera was in the case the entire time...and it's a kids camera; if it can't endure a couple of drops and bumps, then what's the point? Camera 2: Upon opening, we realized the connector inside the USB port was detached. In other words, we inserted the charger, but since there was nothing to connect to, the camera wouldn't charge. Like always, Amazon was great about returning the products, so at least we have that. This was intended to be a tool for kids to document their everyday. It ended up being a disappointment. I would suggest you spend an extra $100-$125 and buy a GoPro that the entire family will use and last for a couple of years.

I'm happy with our camera so far. It's a gift for Christmas for my kids, ages 5 and 7, so they haven't received it yet. I've checked it out a little so far. It feels sturdy and it came with the helmet connections and charging cord and handlebar mounts. I like the size; it is small, but this is for kids in my case, so it's prefect. I think they're going to have a blast with it. With the lower price, I'm not going to worry too much when they play with it. It's perfect for the age and I'm glad it's available. It seems easy to use, with the buttons labeled, and the case seems secure. We've only taken a few quick videos, but it seems to charge up and work fine. I'm really excited to give it to the kids!

Great built. The video quality is decent. It comes with a very nice protective case. The built-in batt lasts about 1hr of mix filming/photos

This is a great camera for children. My daughter is 4 and has had no problem navigating how to work it. I love that you can switch between photo and video just by pushing the buttons on the top. We haven’t used all the accessories yet, but the water proof camera has come in handy. It protects the camera when she drops it. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is I haven’t figured out if there is a way to get rid of pictures right from the camera.

Picture Quality not the greatest but my kid loves it uses it on his bike wasy to use and battery last awhile.
