If you read up on the subject of health you will realise the importance of not just vitamins in your diet but minerals. Some vitamins cannot even be processed in your body properly unless you have sufficient minerals to aid the process. When drinking alcohol for example your body dumps vitamins and minerals into the gut to be able to deal with the poison you are drinking. I suggest if you do drink alcohol make sure you take one of these the day after to help your body recover quickly to it's normal state which can take up to a week naturally depending on diet.
