I recently purchased a TV console that didn’t have any places for cords to be pulled through. This hole saw do the trick. It took me a few tries to get it installed properly on my drill. The video was very helpful and once it was installed it cut through the thickens cardboard backing with ease. I don’t think it would be able to cut through really thick pieces of material but the cardboard was a breeze. I really like this tool overall because it attaches to a drill bit. A lot of hex saws and hole saws require a different piece of equipment. Pricing was great and same day shipping worked well.

I ordered this set because I was trying to fit my countertop with a a new faucet fixture, and discovered that the hole was too small. My husband, who is a retired plumber, said that this is what we needed. He was right! We were able to fit the hole saw onto a drill, and in one very fast and smooth step, we were able to fit the new fixture into the hole created by this item. The blade is still very durable and super sharp pot-use, and use of this blade created a normal amount of dust which was very easily controlled with a small hand vac. I highly recommend this kit for anyone needing to quickly saw holes through a bathroom (or any room's) countertop! The ease with which it went through the bathroom countertop ensures that will also work on softer materials. This is a perfect little kit!

Size was prefect for the job, stay pretty sharp, great value for the money, ease to use , and seem very durable.

Not Ideal for thin and smooth laminated wooden sheets. Might work for surfaces that are coarse. The screw attached to the bit was difficult to unscrew but might be a one of thing. Overall it came neatly packaged but would be nicer if the teeth count was better

Cheap, did what I needed to do in some soil pipe and cut some holes in bathroom boarding. Nice clean cuts. Cant change the drill bit though so if you break that it’s in the bin.

Got this to enlarge the hole in our front door. Worked as expected. Came with lots of sizes.
