Have had it for 3 days and been in it 2 times I have it in the garage so it was only about 40 degrees so it did take a few days to reach 104 it is a cost effective solution to heat and cold therapy ice bath and sauna everyday I will say that there is thermal drop so if the garage is 40 degrees and the tub is 104 it will lose about 2-3 degrees of temp which is to be expected so far I like the tub and the wife does as well it’s a nice added item to the recover area I’ll update with any issues I have. And the wife ordered some spa chemicals for it too it has two filters that need cleaned sometimes I’ll update with more last thing was I tried. To contact the seller for info on what chemicals to use and there is no easy way or direct way, so for safety reasons I’ll be adding bromine and spa clarifier and see how the spa holds up. Over all it’s a good buyUpdate 10/3/2024Heater crapped out, while this is a good tub bubbles work still it’s only heating to 98-100 I’m going to contact the company to see if there is a replacement heater that can be purchased or replaced. I’m incredibly bummed out because this has been a great tub

Stay away from this product.I purchased the PH050004 wejoy hot tub through Amazon just over a year ago. We're very disappointed in that the pump has already failed and I have been unable to find instructions to repair or find replacement parts to fix it.This tub is set up indoors in a climate controlled room and has never been exposed to outdoor elements. I've checked and maintained the water appropriately and changed the water regularly. It's unfortunate as we've had no issues with the tub until now. The tub we had before this was a different brand and it lasted over 5 years. We could have fixed it but decided to sell it and try different shaped tub that better fit the room. Very disappointing. Brought this Spa as a birthday gift for my wife. She really loves it except for one crucial feature that it lacks, the temperature control is not working ! I'm in contact with the Seller to hopefully resolve this issue. Will keep you posted on the progress. Update to this review. The company is replacing the spa and has been very nice about the issue. I can't give enough credit to the great customer service and feedback I received.
