Mom loves her chair! It keeps her engaging when aches and pains might keep her on the couch. She knows she should not overuse. Very easy to use. My only problem was being unable to install safety wheels ( but I am a senior too). One suggestion - put charging port on top of battery so recharging is simpler.

The electric wheelchair is just like the description on Amazon . My husband is older and can't lift anything really heavy so this is much lighter than other wheelchairs with batteries. Having a spare battery helps too . I practiced in our driveway to get used to turning and backing up with no trouble . We got this one more to get around outside for the summer . I would recommend this chair .

Works great. Gave my husband freedom he hasn’t had. Goes together easy and is very portable. A bit heavy for a small female but doable.

nice chair a little stiff to fold up but seriously heavy almost 70 lbs decided to return it because i cant lift it but it shipped from NY state and return to California my cost from florida i dont even want to guess so its mine

I am happy with every aspect of this product. EXCEPT pleas print the instruction pamphlet in a print size I can read. easy to assemble, easy to use, easy to charge. very functytional. Just a good product.

I bought this for my great grandma who wanted just a little more independence to get around to places that aren’t just inside of her home, by herself throughout the day. When I opened this wheelchair I was pretty disappointed to see that the wires had been very messily taped together. The worse part of it all is that there is nowhere to plug the charger into the batteries to recharge the wheelchair. I have asked to return this item and they require that the buyer pack up the 50lb wheelchair and pay for the shipping fees, however, the shipping costs as much as the wheelchair and that’s not even including the specialized box UPS has to make in order to ship it back.

The product is really good, but they do not have clear description whether one person will be able to lift it inside a vehicle or not. It’s heavy for one person and a person like who is disabled in the left leg. 2 persons will still find it a bit heavier to lift it inside but can be manageable. With the price and the product itself it is still good to have. I had to return the product and their customer service wasn’t that much helpful as they only wanted to give me 50% of the shipping cost which came to approximately over $200. But Amazon helped me get the entire shipping cost. Their description should include about how much it actually weighs with the battery which is almost close to 100 lbs and their customer service should be much more prompt.
