We’ll have only had this machine since December and it stopped working and I bought 2 of these. I would never recommend this machine due to these issues. Tried cleaning the machine and doing an update but nothing worked. Do not buy this machine it will only frustrate you.

Machine works great for its price! Great starter machine for someone interested in laser engraving! Just do not expect the quality of a higher end device!

The engraver works great as expected. The only complaint has to do with the quality check of the accessories. The the black cardboard used to focus the laser that came with the product was burnt, although it is still usable because the laser can be focused with any other white/black cardboard.

This is an entry level engraver. I have enjoyed my experience with it so far, but after you start having fun with it you might end up wanting one that is more advanced.

Does not work! Wasted 2 hours trying to get it to actually engrave. Instructions are terrible. The app keeps crashing and finally just stopped working altogether. Returning if I can ever get it boxed back up. Save yourself the trouble.
