I'm really pleased with the Shower mixer. Temperature control works great. "Set it and forget it". The mixer was nicely packaged and arrived with no damage. It was easy to install. The only small issue that we had was 1 rubber washer that started to leak after couple of months. (Maybe it was a bad batch or something) The seller was very helpful and sent me a replacement straight away. I'm really happy with the customer service. Sometimes it's more important than the product itself. If I could suggest anything I'd say those washers could be made a bit more rigid. You can also ask your plumber to install extra 3/4" thin washer between the pillar posts and the mixer to make it "bullet proof". All in all the product is great especially at this price! It looks nice, it work great and it's half the price of some other options out there. I'd definitely buy again! When I have another bathroom..👀😁 Thanks.

In April 2022 I ordered 2 pairs of Solepearl mixer taps. For years whenever anyone in the house had a shower using our old tap mixers they risked getting scalded or frozen if anyone else used water anywhere else in the house, and it was the cause of many a row if that happened.) The new taps were everything I wished for and more. they are particularly great because dimples in the knobs allow easy turning of the tap with soapy fingers and the clear markings on them make it great for people who have vision issues ( or even simply glasses wearers who have to remove them in the shower - like me! ) to see temperature settings and on/off positions. However, a couple of months ago one of the taps started to give trouble, and I thought this is where you find out how good a company really is. But I needn't have worried. They were brilliant. They immediately sent a replacement barrel with details and a video of how to replace it. I fitted it myself in minutes with absolutely no bother. BRILLIANT, FIRST CLASS, HEARTILY RECOMMEND THEM. [Edit June 2022]. The Seller Sccot728 has reached out to me informing me that he wishes to make amends to seek a mutually beneficial outcome. He has communicated the fault to the Manufacturer (believed due to possible clogging) to improve the quality of the product. On the basis of the seller seeking to redress the situation I have amended the star rating, though obviously, feel it only fair to leave the original comments intact for continuity. JB 17/6/22 Was easy to fit. You have to fit the two plastic water filters into the ends of the chrome uprights before they enter the main chrome body otherwise you won’t get a tight connection to the tap unit. The unit works fine and keeps the temperature steady. However, this Is not suitable for hot water gravity systems using a header tank in the loft I.e 0.2 bar as the water won’t flow quick enough to heat up the cylinder spring inside to open the valve. It is Meant for 1.5 bar water pressured combi-boiler systems. It Has the usual red button safety release for when you want boiling water. The plastic flow tap on mine was a little loose. Probably needs the cosmetic end cover removing and the screw tightening, but as it doesn’t come off easily, I will leave it. EDIT (4 months later). The item is broke. Initially the temperature became stuck beyond the red button and despite turning up the cold flow to maximum, both the cold and hot water are a mere trickle now. Applying pressure and it was obvious the spring inside had jammed and the valve is only able to let a trickle out now. So, obviously its a bin job. I expected it to last longer than 4 months. Shame. I'll have to spend next weekend fitting a new set of taps. Waste of time. Thanks Amazon.

Good, solid, well made unit, so nice to just set the temperature and let it run, no messing about playing with hot and cold taps to get your desired temperature, only criticism is that the shower control doesn't reset after knocking the tap off, if you forget you get a face full of water the next time you use it 😁,small price to pay for great quality though.

i purchased the Solepearl Chrome Thermostatic Bath Shower Mixer with high expectations, largely influenced by the positive reviews I had seen on Amazon. Excited about the modern design and the promise of a 38°C safety lock anti-scald feature, I eagerly had a plumber install it in my bathroom. However, my enthusiasm was short-lived as my experience took a disappointing turn. Less than two months after installation, I began to notice significant issues with the product. Despite the initial claims of the 38°C safety lock, I found that I had to adjust the temperature all the way up to 50°C before any hot water would flow through the mixer. This not only resulted in an uncomfortable shower experience but also presented a genuine safety concern, as the risk of scalding became a real issue. I took action to address the problem by having a British Gas engineer service the combi boiler, thinking it might be related to the water heater. However, even after the servicing, the issue persisted, indicating that the problem lay with the shower mixer itself. What makes this situation all the more frustrating is that all the other taps in my house are functioning perfectly fine, underlining that the issue truly stems from the Solepearl shower mixer. The fact that a product with such apparent promise failed to deliver in such a short period of time is deeply disappointing and has left me regretting my purchase decision. In light of my experience, I find it hard to recommend the Solepearl Chrome Thermostatic Bath Shower Mixer to others. The inconvenience of having to adjust the temperature to an unsafe level and the failure of the product to perform as advertised are significant drawbacks that overshadow any initial positives.

It came well packaged with a detailed leaflet for how the water mixer works for the temperature. I couldn't find installation instructions, so I looked on YouTube for a generic video. The installation process is pretty straightforward and everything fit and aligned perfectly with my current pipes. The water mixer is amazing, however, I did notice a slight reduction in water pressure. I still get enough water pressure when hooked up with the shower head, so I can still use it. The mixer feature is great though, so an acceptable trade-off for slight water pressure reduction in my case.

The product is fantastic the seller gas good sense of humour to sell a great product uts very good for control on equal hot water so no worries that several hands makes up down and damages the handle washer. Thus one is better thanks for the seller by selling the product like more than branded one . Who ever wants to buy don't go on brand this is very smooth and easy to operate and fix too no need plumber. Once again three cheers for the seller God bless you and your family and work always.
