Bit salty at first
Was a bit surprised at how flavoursome they are. I was initially taken aback by the saltiness but really it's mild after a few sips. I bought lemon and lime and they were very fruity and make your mouth water. Taste good, not sure just yet if they make any difference as I've only had 3 of them. I'm hopeful! Easy to mix into 500mls of plain water, no lumps and easy to swallow. Seem to be good quality x

Great hydration
These are great to help feel you rehydrated, perfect if you’ve been exercising or for a night out. I would recommend having one before going to bed after a night out and it’ll help the hangover in the morning. Very effective at preventing a headache the next day. Tastes pretty good for what it is as well, slight salty after taste but that’s to be expected. The fact you mix it with a pint of water as well, helps to enhance the hydration to!

Refreshing drink to hydrate
Great electrolyte drink that is tasty and refreshing and not powdery like some. Good for after the gym but also after a night of drinking to help cure a hangover. I generally use in a morning or when training. A good size portion in the packet so good value for money 👍

Does the job, especially with pots.
I have pots, and wanted these to increase sodium and magnesium. They definitely do the job on a hot day and help to keep me hydrated. They taste nice but are rather sweet. Easy to use compared to tablets as I don't have to wait for it to dissolve. Quite expensive, but for the fact it gets rid of symptoms they're very nice.

Great taste, also feel the benefit straight away, in this heat, I am coping better, a real energy boost, dissolves easily, great drink!
