Takes some work to stir in but if you let it rest the foam settles down to nothing. DO NOT add to coffee. This powder is sour, not like regular protein powder. That said I don’t notice it at all in juices, teas or other drinks.

This is advertised as CLEAR. No it is NOT. It is cloudy, clumpy and does not dissolve. Even in hot liquid. I tried to blend this with a mixer at a speed faster than my Camaro. It did NOTHING but create foam on top of the clumps. The description of "unflavored/naturally sour taste" needs to be changed and they need to make up their minds which one it is. It either has NO flavor or it has a sour taste to be compared to something else that's sour. I thought it was more unflavored than sour. NOPE. The sour taste takes over whatever you put it in. Frankly, the "naturally sour taste" that they will Not describe, is VOMIT!

I should have read more reviews. I foolishly added this to coffee with two paltry packets of stevia and I had to pour it down the drain. Think coffee-flavored salt lick. I was determined not to waste my money, so I gave it another try. The second time, I added it to Minute made sugar-free drinks (mango, fruit punch, pink lemonade) and it was great. Love the texture and how easy it is to blend. This stuff on top of sugar-free drinks is fairly sweet. But I like being able to choose my own sweeteners and how much. Again, this tastes delicious with fruit juice (full sugar or sugar-free). Just don't add it to coffee.

I don't know why people are complaining it has an off taste! There might be a subtle bitter twinge for overly sensitive people, but this is exactly what I paid for! Flavor free, easy-dissolve protein I can mix with my other supplements! Very smooth texture, I'll definitely be buying again. The scoop is pretty big, seems like you have to use more volume than other proteins I'm used to, for the same amount of protein, but I won't complain.

I had to update my review. This used to be a great product, but they changed something. Now it is no longer clear. It also no longer absorbs into my drinks. It sits on the bottom like gritty soured milk. It always had a citric acid taste, but when it is concentrated at the bottom of the drink & is chunky, it's way too much like drinking soured milk. This was my daily go-to for protein, but not any more.

I had high hopes for this product but it’s really disappointing. I am a longtime vegetarian and I’m always looking for ways to slip in some extra protein. I had purchased Isopure clear unflavored protein powder before and loved it, but the price wasn’t great. I found this, thinking it will be comparable, but it is not. Pros: *It does pretty much mix clearly, as long as you let it sit for a while *Great macros Cons: *It can be clumpy and requires multiple rounds of mixing *It has a faint flavor of dish soap! I even tried mixing it in two separate shakers just in case one of them had soap residue in it. No matter what I did it tastes like I’m drinking out of a glass that wasn’t properly rinsed after washing. This stuff will probably be OK if you plan to mix it into juice or smoothies. That’s what I’ll probably end up doing until I finish this batch just so I don’t feel like I wasted $45. However, I purchased this purposely so I could mix it with water. I will use this up, but I will not purchase again. I will go back to the more expensive brand moving forward.

No taste which is accurate and the texture isn’t too bad at all, but it takes foreverrrr to dissolve and is very foamy when dissolving. For sure not a quick protein drink, takes at least an hour. I won’t be buying again solely for this reason.

The stuff is great. I don’t know who’s trying to mix this with just water, good luck with that, but with anything else that’s flavored it mixes it just fine. It does get super foamy. What I found works best is to mix it in whatever you’re having the day before you intend to drink it. So, I’ll make my pre-workout for the next day at night, let it sit in the fridge, and then by the next morning when I’m going to work out, the clumps are 90% gone, and the foam has reduced quite a bit.
