High quality supplement and really good value. 360 tablets that come in an easy to use re sealable pouch, if I take them once a day as recommended then I have just under a year’s supply which is more than enough. I have bought these tablets because I want to boost my immune system and also hopefully improve the condition of my skin and was recommended by a friend that taking a zinc supplement would help do that. The quality of the tablets themselves is fine and they are small enough to take with a little food or water. In short, excellent value and no complaints whatsoever for the price. Recommended.

Great product, I take this along with vitamin C as a kind of internal sunscreen and it really does work. I never use sunscreen and while others are burning I never do and I am fair skinned and blue eyes ! It’s also great for immunity. I was given a refund for my purchase but this hasn’t biased my opinion at all as I always say if things are no good

Easy to swallow, not powdery. Very good value for money, skin does seem to be clearer as waited a good while before posting a review, but so far so good.

I wanted to wait a while before leaving a review, and I've now been taking a tablet a day everyday for the last 2months. It's only in the last 2 weeks or so I've really started to notice a difference, and that being in my nails. They're definitely looking healthier and feel much stronger. I'm eager to see what changes I'll see in another 2 months. Do ensure you take it with food.

Good product. Easy to take. I use it to boost my zinc levels to 30mg per day. I get the other 15mg from a multi-vitamin. I know this is a little high, but I know that I had a cold virus the other day but the symptoms never arrived.

Es la mejor forma de tomar magnesio para los que sufren colon irritable. Aparte de su especial composición química, la baja dosis de magnesio por pastilla permite controlar su ingesta, según se vaya viendo su efecto. Pastillas pequeñas, muy fáciles de tragar. Recomendable.

De tabletten zullen wel goed zijn, dat wil ik wel geloven. Maar de verpakking in een amper afsluitbare zak vind ik niet handig. Na opening heb ik de inhoud in een ander potje met nieuw etiket gedaan. Het artikel is wel aangenaam goedkoop.
