Too big and heavy to use
This is far too heavy and long to use for running with a dog, unless you’re a 6ft man with a dog the size of an Alsatian. Not a 5’4” woman with a very small retriever. Utter waste of money. Couldn’t return it either. Only positive is that it is of good quality.

Doesn't yank 😊
Love running with my pooch with this. She's new to running, so stops quite a bit when distracted by a smell, but the lead doesn't yank like normal leads would, it pulls out to a stop, which then gets her running again. Very happy.

Good buy
This is great helps me with my pulling dog to tire him out and gives me a quicker pace to walk with. It’s very sturdy, good distance on it. The belt is adjustable and comfortable, and the pouch is big enough for my phone, keys, poop bags, and small wallet.
