The sauce pan allows him to enjoy a hot meal while enjoying the great outdoors on ...
this was purchased for my husband so he could have a hot lunch while at work. He's an outdoorsy-type guy with a M-F corporate job who likes to leave the office for lunch. The sauce pan allows him to enjoy a hot meal while enjoying the great outdoors on his lunch hour. Although he initially raised his eyebrows at this gift, it's turned out to be a great addition and breaks the monotony of the routine sandwiches and salads. The saucepan has worked well to heat up soups, shredded bbq chicken, chili, Chinese food, and other various leftovers. It takes approx 8minutes to heat a single serving thoroughly and clean up is easy.

perfect if living in car
lived in my car for a year and this SAVED me. made it possible for me to eat soup on cold days or vegetables to keep myself a little healthy while in a bad situation. super easy to clean and put away under the seat.

Wonderful
I can not speak highly enough about this sauce pan. I've only had for about a week. I normally wait several months before writing a review. However, this sauce pan is wonderful! A half pot of water is at a medium rumble in about 20 minutes. Cooked an entire meal in about 1-1/2 to 2hours. I live in a mobile home. I can't stand fast food because of the lack of nutrients as well as the excess of preservatives. Eating healthy is essential to me. Heart disease, diabetes and the lot run in my family so I don't play when it comes to eating. This medium sized pan makes things easy and cooking fun. Truly one pot cooking. The no stick surface makes clean up a breeze. Remove food to a dish, a couple of Clorox wipes and your done. I would not recommend using while in motion though. Make sure you put in a level, heat resistant surface; make sure, like in a real kitchen, turn the handle away from you for safety. Tonight: beef dumblings with fresh garlic, unions, spinach and portobello mushrooms. I'd have added a picture but it's all gone😁. Maybe next time. Delish!

Worth the money!
Worth the money. Albeit, a tad slow to reach optimal temperature, but it's only a 12v so its expected. Otherwise, great to have on the road for cooking, and reheating.

Didn’t work for my needs
I bought this thinking I could use it to heat water for pour-over coffee in my car or heat up soup if the power at my house is off. If it would work, it would take a very long time! I tested it and after 15 minutes the water was barely warm. Maybe I got a defective one. I returned it and pursued a different option.

Perfect for the vandweller
I travel extensively in my van and live out of it. The RoadPro sauce pan is one of the best things I've bought for this purpose. I heat soup, veggies, anything in a can, heat water to near boiling for CupNoodles, and can even make pasta in about 20 minutes. This pan will not get to boiling, but can get nearly there which is good enough for most applications. It'll take a bit of time to heat up, which should be expected, but it has served me well thus far.

Ordered the Blue and White, What I Got Was....
Ordered the Blue and White, What I Got Was And All Black Set, And That's OK With Me Since The Blue And White Was A hideous Color. It Was Also More Than $20 cheaper Than The $45 For The Blue Version, That May Also Come In Black So Save Your Self Some Money Order The cheaper One, They All Work The Same Way. I Have Not Tested It Yet, And I Am Not Holding My Breath Thinking this will be a magical pot or anything. So I Also Ordered Two Each RoadPro RPBH-012 12V Beverage Heater, Two Each RoadPro RP-203EC 12V 12' Extension Cord with Cigarette Lighter Plug, And Two Each of RoadPro 12V Battery Clip-On and Cigarette Lighter Adapter. to speed up the heating of water. The experiment Will Happen Soon. Conditions: Water Starting Temp 45F Using Two Cups Of Water Using The Pot With The Lid On To Help Retain Heat Temp Taken With A OXO Instant Read thermometer Results Temp\Mins: ( 120F \ 15 Mins ) Temp\Mins: ( 160F \ 25 Mins ) Temp\Mins: ( 175F \ 30 Mins ) Temp\Mins: ( 190F \ 40 Mins ) Temp\Mins: ( 190F \ 45 Mins ) Temp\Mins: ( 190F \ 60 Mins ) Summery: The Pot Never Reached Boiling Point, And Reached The Peek Temperature Of 190F In 40 Mins. If You Had 1 Hour For Lunch Or Less You Would Be Better Off Getting (Take Out\Take Away) Or Use A Insulated Thermos And Take Your Meals To Work. The Pot Does However Work If You Have The Time To Wait On It. I Pored The Water Over Ramen Noodles And After Four Mins Of Waiting They Were Cooked. The Pot Is Made From aluminum, and is very thin, so it will dent easily. Improvements: 1. The Pan, And Lid Could Be Insulated To Help Retain Heat 2. A Turbo Switch Where If You Connect The Pot Directly To The Battery It Will Use A Bigger Element Within The Pot.

Product works, but bad quality, easily dents, thin metal ....not matching the price
The product has been tested and ok, it does not heat up fast, but can cook rice, make an omlette, boil 1 cup water for tea ... but takes double the normal time, and don't attempt to cook more than small quantities. But that is not why I rate it negatively. It is badly constructed, very cheap, think metal part. the delivery was awful. Near one of teh stands it is dented, the dent occurred not at the courier place probably but at the packing point, as the inner (original box) itself has a depression near the dent place. But I didn't want to go through the stress of communications, returns etc, so I tested the product and accepted. So overall experience is bad. And the product should be priced at half of what it is. The dollar price in USA is also not that cheap, ... abotu 25 dollars to 29 dollars .... I will add photos of the dents later
