Super helpful
These have saved my life with allergies I was having to clear my throat so much and these really helped me out only thing is swallow it fast because it tastes horrible once it starts to dissolve in ur mouth but these are so helpful that it’s not even an issue

They are rather large in size but work well. They are not coated so if you have issues swallowing it will start dissolving before you get it done
