Incredible product, blazing fast speeds and stability. App is a little bit meh, but functionality is awesome, it's what counts!

Too hard to set up
I can't say much about how well these routers work because I never got them working, so I'll be generous and give them a 3x rating. I'm a tech head yet couldn't set the things up in a mesh network. I got one router working but that's it. The UI is tough, so I ended up giving up. Also they're wildly overpriced. £1000 for 3 nodes? I'll take a point off for that, so that's 2 stars. Also I mentioned an issue in one of their awful Youtube videos and they responded with a copy/paste reply, copied from another comment, so that was of no help at all. You'd think they could at least use a real voice for their videos. My Asus XT9 routers were adequate but not great, hence the upgrade. Eventually I had to return these and the other node I purchased, which is a shame. Instead I purchased 3 TP-Link routers for roughly half the price. Setting up the first one as a router was a little bit of a challenge but the 2 nodes set themselves up, so I'm happy with those.

Fast wifi, but too unstable
Fast, simple setup had a 3 node mesh working on my old SSID in about 15-20 minutes. Had to turn off wifi7 for an old device to connect. The real problem is that it drops and promptly reconnects devices frequently. Depending on the device this can mean going out your way to intervene on the device. Have had to return, and go back to my much slower but stable Orbi system :(
