It worked great for two weeks, then stopped working. I could have just bought some pods for that price!!! Refund? Send me a new one or you are a rip-off company CAMEMO!

I had this 3 days before it fell into a toilet I was cleaning. I grabbed it out and dried it quickly and thoroughly, let it sit a few days and the damn thing still works. Highly recommended.

I received the product it was defective it did not charge the juul battery also you could not put the battery in the charging unit with the oil cartridge in it and in the video that was shown as part of viewing the item before I bought it it shows that the oil cartridge is in the battery it would not fix so two problems I asked for a replacement if I have the same problem with the battery and the oil unit not fitting in the item I will have to get my money back and buy a different one from another company

Does what it says, keeps my juul charged. No complaints.

Great idea, but the product we received had multiple issues. - the lid does not stay closed, so spare pods fall out - the charger stopped working after a week - the charger fried the Juul. The pen is now is now stuck in the on position and burns through the cartridges. Overall I would not recommend. It doesn’t work, broke my Juul and wasted several cartridges. The $23 investment destroyed $30 of existing products.

Does best job charging juul when it is plugged in and laying flat. Poor quality on plastic top piece has broken off when taking out of pocket and got snagged on my keys. I got about 6 months of life out of plastic, charger still works good. Nice to have that spare pod slot. Good price, would prefer it to last for a whole year like the juul batteries.

I've had this for like 3 weeks and two weeks ago I noticed the device stopped charging my juul. The issue seems to be that because the case doesn't firmly hold the juul in place it doesnt consistently make contact with the charging pads on the juul. Basically if you stand it upright against something and you're lucky when you put it down it will charge. If you put this in your pocket or even hold it at all it make contact and lose contact frequently never really charging your device. I use it as a tiny crappy backup battery for my other juul case. Do not buy.
