Nice budget phone
I am not someone who utilises the full capacity of my mobile phone and neither is my wife; for whom I purchased this phone for. My iphone 15 probably has significantly more features and power than I need, however, the quality and capacity of the handset suits my need. This handset is slightly different, it doesn't have the power or build quality of higher end handsets, however, for my wife, the capacity to take and store images, occasional internet access, social media and particularly WhatsApp, this phone does it all.So this phone isnt high end, but it really does pack sufficient power for occasional users, it is light, looks like a quality phone; which Samsung produces and it has a decent amount of battery life. We have fitted screen protection and my wife keeps the phone in a leather case.Great value, easy to operate, decent battery life , Samsung quality and all for less than £150. For those who require high performance this phone isnt for you, but for my wife, the clear screen is ideal.Easy to award 5 stars.

Great Samsung quality phone
Lovely looking phone. Bought as an upgrade to my Samsung A12. Nice clear and bright screen and a decent size. Quick delivery. Great price too. Easy to navigate and work. I managed to download SmartSwitch to my old phone and transfer my info to the new phone. Even I managed it, and I'm not the most technical person in the world. As usual Samsung phones are really good quality and I would always go for this brand. Highly recommend this product and the seller.

Excellent price and delivery
I have upgraded same phone but now 6g. I am with Tesco, to buy the phone there £174Amazon £130, pleased with the phone no different what i am used to, delivery fast. Charges up quick and easy to use. One downside no charger but I did read in the reviews it did not come with one. I bought a charger from my local mobile shop who set the new phone up for me £7 much cheaper than Amazon. So folks the lesson to learn here, shop around for phone and accesorios. Amazon was the best price for the phone and cover. Happy customer.

Very happy with my purchase
Have always had Samsungs, this was a great upgrade on my 6 year old Samsung and is very fast in comparison. Nice amount of storage. I am not a massive phone user, so this suits my needs down to the ground. Decent camera. There is a certain game I play, and it runs 10x quicker than on my previous Samsung. This offered a £30 saving than if I bought on Argos / Curry's etc. Nice colour.

IF YOU CAN GET IT TO WORK
For all I know this is a 5-star smart phone if I could only get it to work. Did a successful manual start-up to the point that it was ready to download Apps. This included linking to my home WIfI hub, setting up a Google e-mail and security lock password. Powered Down at this point to come back later. When I next Powered on it requested the unlock password which it declared invalid. It was a simple password that I thought I set up correctly and recorded. It is very easy to make an entry error but, unfortunately, Samsung fail to provide a confirmation box in the set-up. Not only was I locked out but the phone would not accept Power Down. Where to go next? A return to factory settings I hear you say. Not easy. Was able to power down but still asking for a password which is clearly not what I thought I had set up. Samsung Customer Services suggested returning it to an authorized agent. Problem, it is over 50 miles from my postcode. Now fit only for the dust bin!
