Great size. Good quality. Extremely well made. Only tilts to the one side and only in a full tilt can't half tilt. Good coverage for size of outdoor area. Item is a little on the heavy side.

Great soft colour, very light and height is fully adjustable so if you open it at a low position, the wind is less likely to lift it. You can put it at an angle, and being very light it s super easy to dismount the top part off, you wish to put it away at night (You can’t keep it low when it s closed , only when opened) .It has no ties so I added a ribbon to keep it closed when windy, it s so light that the wind opened it on a windy night, but even so it stayed in great shape. It s light but flexible and well made for the price.

Set up parasol the first time with ease. First impression, very good. Later in the day decided to close the parasol. That is where the problems began. There is a release button that you are meant to push to release the holding spring. Pressed the button fairly hard. Nothing happened. I spent 10 minutes trying to release the spring with no success. I the end I used a pair of pliers and finally closed the parasol. It is either that my purchase is faulty or there is a major design fault. Can't be bothered to return the purchase and will use the pliers method to close the parasol. Sent an email to the helpline. No response so far.Another irritating problem is the instruction leaflet. The instructions refer to an earlier design not the current model. Referring to the leaflet for a solution to the closing problem was useless.

Received the parasol in record time, before the quoted delivery day. Very pleased and great value.

Extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service of this Beach Umbrella. Despite its average price, the product proved to be faulty and unsafe, and its parts began to fall apart, even in moderate wind conditions.As a parent of a toddler and a baby, safety was my top priority. I had to ask locals for help to dispose of the broken umbrella, due to the urgency of the situation and being on vacation, I didn't immediately contact the seller about the warranty.When I finally did reach out, they admitted that the product was faulty but demanded photos as proof. I was so focused on ensuring the safety of my family and others that I didn't consider taking pictures at the time.The seller's response was extremely accusatory, implying that I was lying about the product's condition. This is unacceptable customer service. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product and the seller's handling of the issue.
