I'm going through a lot all at once. The toughest and best season in my life (weird but true). I only got through the "Past" cards today. The questions are deep and are meant to truly make you think about yourself. Definitely glad I bought this. Money well spent!

What a wonderful thought-provoking card game. It really asks questions that allows you to think and answer the questions honestly. This game is a life changer for anyone who takes the questions to heart.

This was a great Galentine's Day ice breaker. The cards are broken down into 3 categories: past, present, and future. All my girlfriends enjoyed the questions and open discussion. It caused us all to think and re-evaluate things in our lives. It also was a great opportunity for us to share our experiences and help each other navigate through life's challenges. I highly recommend it for getting to know people that you don't mind knowing personal things about yourself.

I would consider this more of a deck of conversation, starters or journal prompts more than I would consider it a game. The questions are thoughtful and well written and can certainly lead to some interesting conversations with yourself or others, if you are willing to open up. Physically, the cards are thick enough to last and fit nicely in the organizer/storage box.

What an absolutely wonderful idea! This is such a wholesome "game" that can be played by anyone. IF you really try and reflect, this card game can leave you and whomever you are playing with in such a good mood. The directions are incredibly simple, and I would highly recommend this for any couple, friend group, or individual to give it a shot. I do feel 20$ is a bit much, but I think it was probably worth it. Sometimes a beautiful moment or memory is easily worth 20$. It does not work with every group though, so read the room beforehand.

I was already a fan of We're Not Really Strangers from the Best Friend and Couples card sets, so I was expecting this to be really good and I'm very pleased to say that it was! There are 3 sections for these cards, Level 1 is the Past, Level 2 is the Present, and Level 3 is the Future. I've always wanted to journal but I just can't stick with journals with prompts built in because I hate skipping one and leaving the spot blank, and I can't ever think of what to write if there aren't any prompts! With these cards, if I'm just really not feeling a prompt on any given day, I can just shuffle it back into the deck of cards and pick one that feels more manageable! I think these could be really great for couples to do together or even for a parent to help their child work on self-love. The reminder cards in Level 1 really hit home and the questions in Levels 2 and 3 vary in intensity so that you aren't as likely to get weighed down by too many really poignant questions in a row. I love this! Time to get myself a nice journal and give it a try! Here's a little blurb from the instructions to explain the categories better: Past: This level is about gaining perspective on your past in order to better understand your current self. Present: This level is about looking at your current relationship with yourself and accepting what you see. Future: This level is about exploring new ways to be yourself and new ways to love.
