Hi Mike, my name is Missy and I work with Instinct! The shelf life of our wet products are about 2 years after production. Each pouch will have a "best by" date on it so you will know what date you should use them by.

Q: This is wet food cause in description it says its a meal topper? What does that mean, a meal topper?

That it doesn't have enough nutritional value to be a meal in and of itself, but that it can be used as a supplement for dry or wet food. Many cats don't drink very well, so adding this to dry food is a good way of adding liquid to their diets.
