This a FANTASTIC scale and value. It connects to most of the major apps, Apple Heath, Fitbit, etc. It is easy to use and seems to be fairly accurate. These scales have come a long way in just a handful of years. I am on a 2026 health kick and am doing a lot of weight work. So, while I am definitely losing some weight, I am packing in muscle. It is nice to see that my body fat % is down almost 4% even though my weight loss has plateaued. The app is great and easy to connect to. Simply download the app, get to the pairing section, and tap the scale with your toe to turn it on. It will show right up in the app. Once paired, you will get a ton of information after weighing in. It is overkill for me but I like having the data. Make sure your fingers and thumbs are in the right spots. Also, for best results, do this naked or darn near. For $79, this is a great value and an easy recommendation.

It's a smart body composition scale. I loved it because you can connect it via Bluetooth. It's really very elegant. Definition: An electronic home device that measures body weight and, using sensors (bioimpedance), estimates body composition such as fat, muscle mass, body water, bone mass, and BMI. It features a digital display and metal electrodes for accurate readings. It can usually store profiles for multiple users and, in some models, sync data with apps for health tracking and fitness progress. Main use: health monitoring, weight management, and tracking fitness goals.

This scale works well and is fine overall. It seems to perform reliably and accurately, from what I can tell. What I don’t love: 1) the app must be open to record the measurements. Like me, you’ll probably forget this quite a few times. You’ll take your measurement, step off, then notice you didn’t open the app to record them. So you’ll open the app, then return to step 1. This replaced another brand of scale that had some onboard memory so you could open the app at any time later and it would pull In the recorded details. Not this one. Also, the app interface is not great. It’s okay but you can tell it’s not a premium UI design. It’s just another rather clunky interface from the manufacturer of the scale, not GE which just branded this bad boy. Fortunately it reliably exports data to Apple Health so I can see the measurements and trends over there. So, it works but you’re getting what you paid for here. If essential functions and price are the main criteria, it’s pretty great. If design, usefulness of the app, understandability of the graphs and metrics, and convenience are your criteria, I suggest you look elsewhere and probably spend a bit more.

This is my 3rd revision post on this scale . The first 2 reviews I didn’t like the scale at all . But after a few months of use my 3rd review has changed . So after a few months of use I like the scale , the numbers started to make more sense after time . None of these bmi scales are 100% accurate they just give u numbers that over time u can follow and just take note at what is happening and changing and the longer u use the scale the more the numbers will start to make since . At first i didn’t like the scale but now after a few months of use I like the scale . It’s important to set the scale to the right settings at the beginning, it has a regular mode and an athletic mode . If your not athletic do not use this mode cause the readings will be big time different. After a few months I could see the weight loss journey I’m on start to make since and for the cost of this scale I now feel it’s a decent scale for the price . I’m going on almost 3 months of use and the scale has done a decent job at tracking the decline of all my readings including the loss of muscle at first . And me regaining my muscle back with weight training it has done a decent tracking of muscle gained back and all my readings including bmi , visceral fat , skeleton muscle, water weight all starts to look better over time . I’m changing my review to give a better star rating and decent score . Over 2 months going on 3 months I have lost 31.8 pounds and my body mass has lowered and the scale though not fully accurate has done a decent job at giving me numbers that I can follow and take note at the changes over time . A key to using this scale is weigh yourself first thing in the morning and use it weekly not daily and weigh yourself with just underwear on and your numbers will look more accurate. At first I was extremely dehydrated and I thought the scale was off but after time I can see the numbers go up after hydration and can see my water hydration rise . I like the scale now . I will raise the star rating from one to 5 now , my advice is just give it time and the numbers will start to look right but not 100% accurate because none of these scales are accurate but for the cost and the function of app I like it now .

Best Value. The app is pretty simple but complete. It graphs and allows you to export data. The scale is good quality, looks good and works really fast. Materials look durable, but I’ve only had it for a month… I guess it was a great purchase.

Love this scale!! This appeared to be a must-buy for health-conscious people like my husband, so this was a Christmas gift this past year. He found it easy to use and loves all the data he captures in the GE Health app. This was the right scale with features at a good price point!

I love this scale, it’s very accurate, contemporary looking. It’s connected to the phone and I can monitor my weight, body mass, fat mass and other data with my other health apps, so convenient! The app works great, easy to register and easy to connect to other apps.

Excellent scale with so many measurement points such BMI, Water weight, Bone and Muscle mass. Once connected using bluetooth, pairing is also very easy and straight forward, just stand on scale and it does all measurement. Happy with purchase.

It took a minute to get all setup but it works well. I’m sure it’s not perfect but it does work and is fairly accurate. Gives all kinds of reading and allows you to fill in more info on the app. This is a good product and is as advertised

I have been looking at various scales recommended from Consumer Reports in the last year. Many scales are out there peddling the various benefits of the additional data they can gather to help with dieting and health but at a significant cost. With this GE one its set at a good price and I see from using it feeds data into Apple Health so I can get an overall view. The Profile app that links with this scale is good. Will revisit this review as I used in over 3 months. I think this could be 5 star rating but for now 4 star. Scales is built solid and no complaints there with quality.

Great scale with full body measurements. It is easy to use and has multiple user compatibility. It was easy to set up and a fraction of the price of high end scales with a lot of the same features. There is no fee for the app and it has consistent readings.
