This is my first time writing a review for a product so this means a lot. This is my second time buying the bliss vitamin c serum and the brightening moisturizer. The first time the packaging was good and everything looked intact. This time, both of the product boxes were opened which was a huge concern for me. The moisturizer did not have the little inside white cap and the cream does not smell anything like actual product. I don’t know what I got. I love these products so much and it’s disappointing that this company could be so careless with their products especially with them being this good. I honestly think I should get a refund or they should send me another serum and face cream

One is a pump and one is in a jar. The creams are creamy and feel nice on the skin. Installation/setup: Start with the Bright Idea Serum on cleansed skin, applying a few drops to face and neck. Follow with the Bright Idea Moisturizer for added hydration and brightness. Safe for daily use. Final thoughts: The creams have made quite a difference in my dry skin. I have been living in the desert southwest of the US for a bit over a year after living in the Pacific Northwest for many years and it is taking toll on my skin. I have noticed a definite dryness on my forehead, especially. These creams, used one after the other as directed have reduced that dryness, adding quite a bit of moisture and softness to my skin. I like them and I’m glad I got them. ⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.
