Good so far
I just received this product and starting using it last week. So far it’s been good. I haven’t had time to notice a difference yet, but I did switch to this product from another due to the convince of the supplement size and dosage. These capsules are easy to swallow, smaller and I’m taking way fewer than before. There is no taste to them. I’m hoping to see some improvements soon. Also, the price is more affordable.

It helps
I wasn't sure if this would help my dry hair. It does! But, the real improvement is with my fingernails. They were brittle and short, after using these Collagen Peptides, my nails have become stronger and are growing! I've used it for almost a month before noticing a big difference. I don't notice any side effects and it's a medium-sized capsule which is easy to swallow. I take one less than the recommended dosage.

Gluten sensitive people - use caution
I was disappointed that the item stated gluten free & yet, sadly since taking it I've had painful issues after the first few days which grew worse & I finally realized it was this product. I am VERY SENSITIVE to gluten, so otherwise I probably would love this item. But, beware if you are like me-- don't go through the pain I endured.
