I had carpal tunnel in both my hands. I have some tendon damage in my fingers, and my thumb often gets sore. In the hopes of some relief, I bought this set and low and behold it works! I read a bunch of reviews and was hopeful, but I could actually spend hours on my computer with this keyboard and mouse, and have very little or no pain at all afterwards. I still suffer stiffness.

For all of my girls who do crafts and wrists are crunchy this helped astronomically with the wrist pain during work. It took me a few days to get use to it but after a week or so I noticed my wrists didn’t hurt after 8 hours of work. Super cute and the keyboard isn’t annoyingly loud.

I spend, like, 99% of my time on the computer/typing...THESE have made such a difference in my arm/hand pain from continuously typing and being on the computer. Although a little higher than I would have liked (and certainly the most expensive mouse and keyboard I've ever purchased) they're definitely worth the price!
