My daughter wanted me to try these sea salt flakes after seeing them online and my first impression was that they were very expensive for the amount you get, however after trying them I think they are a good value if you only use them on things you want as a special treat. The taste and saltiness of this is especially good. The bigger flakes make it not only feel pleasing to the palette but also you can really taste the salt and as a salt lover I really like this. A few sprinkles goes a long way so this will last a lot longer than I expected. It has a pleasing sea salt breezy smell. Very easy to use, just add a few pinches on top of the treat of your choice. I personally would not use this inside cooking but as a topper but that's my personal preference. I'm really so much happier with this than I expected and will actually be buying more!

I watch a chef on IG that always put a handful of the most delicious looking salt in her dishes and something about it looks so fluffy and special, you can just tell it's good even through the screen. That chef finally mentioned that she uses Maldon salt, which I was worried would be crazy expensive so I immediately searched for it and ordered it and was pleasently surprised by the price. It is something that will change all my meals and cooking for the better, which is a big deal that the meals I eat will now have a more special quality. The flakes are fine and dissolve well (so they combine in a dish well), yet you can feel a noticeable and slight salty crunch and punch of flavor when you come across a crystal you topped your food with. Not to mention, I looked up the statistics for micro plastic and metal content in this salt and it scored extremely well, especially for a product that isn't ultra refined/processed and doesn't have added components to it like most of the salt you find at the grocery store. It adds an element of whimsy and feels like a gourmet product which may sound odd for something as simple as salt, but that's the point - it's something you add to Every dish you cook from scratch and therefore makes a huge difference. From the size, texture, taste, this is an AMAZING product.

I bought the Maldon Sea Salt Flakes specifically to refill my salt grinder, and they work really well for that. The flakes aren’t as hard as those little salt pebbles I usually love, which means they dissolve into food faster—perfect when you want the seasoning to melt right in instead of sitting on top. Would be an excellent addition to the top of some homemade chocolate. The only real letdown was the size. I was surprised at how small the box is and how little salt you actually get. My brain clearly didn’t process what 250 grams looks like in practice. Once I realized I couldn’t return it, I just started using it, and I’m glad I did. It makes everything look and taste a bit fancier. Overall it’s a solid product if you like that classic flaky texture and want something that performs nicely in a grinder or as a finishing salt. Just know that with daily use the box won’t last long. Still happy with the purchase.

This is the best flaky salt I’ve ever bought. I bake a lot and cook a lot and this is the only salt that I will continuously buy. It is very flaky and the quality is gourmet! It’s bright white and it’s beautiful to put on top of sourdough bread or finished steak or anything to make it look fancy and taste so good !

Achei que essas coisas eram frescura, mas que sal bom???? Não uso no preparo, mas na finalização dos pratos, croc croc, nhom nhom, vou ter que sustentar sal de gente rica agora, que ódio (ainda que esse aqui tá de boa, né). Só não gostei de ser nessa embalagem. É chato demais lidar com esse saquinho e essa caixinha. Melhor usar saleiro. Mas o baldinho só encontrei pra quantidade muito grande aqui nesse saite.
