For everyday, these are good and sit within a reasonable budget - Heat and Eat, as is, lots of goodness in the bones and skin - serve on a piece of lightly pan toasted sourdough, or two, in EVOO - Extra Virgin Olive Oil - and if really hungry, place on a bed of crushed avocado and top with a runny egg cooked in the same oil, squeeze of lemon, ground Salt n Pepper. Lovely! The stars are based on quality tier rather than personal taste - Nuri and Carmelo are two top tier brands worth 5 stars!

I had been eating beachcliff sardines all along until I tried to order this last time and they wouldnt ship to me. I found these wild caught sardines and I am hooked. They're huge they're all in tact and very neatly packed inside the tin, I also love how each tin has its own packaging. They taste delicious and I am so glad I tried them out, even better than I expected.

These are the best on the market! Makes a great sandwich for an afternoon snack.

I give it to my 6 year old with some extra virgin olive oil for breakfast and with some crackers on the side. He likes the taste and usually finishes half can. He doesn’t like to eat eggs every morning. So good protien source for kids as well.

My family and I enjoy eating canned sardines every once in a while, though not often. However, my oldest son has acne, so he won't eat the oil-based kind we buy in bulk at Costco. I used to buy the water-based kind at our local CVS, but when I found out it was cheaper to buy it on Amazon, I bought a lot of these. My oldest son loves it because it tastes good and doesn't make his acne worse. He even says it tastes even better than the oil-based one. If you are concerned about oxidation, this water-based ones are certainly better for your health than an oil-based. It's also helpful that it has a long shelf life despite being water-based. I would purchase it again.
