Tiny but useful!
It's a tiny leveler. It does what it needs to do. Not much to really go into there. Magnets work great, I love using these with my laser cutters when leveling pieces (don't leave them in your laser of course). If you need a small leveler, this does it fine.

Not flat at the bottom.
Its small enough to fit in small area's. The only issue is it has like a bevel at the bottom so it doesn't sit flush on smaller parts. For this pulley or gear it works.

Magnets
These are great. I use them to level out ductwork and since they are small and light then don’t fall off like the longer magnets do. Accurate leveling and they stick well.

When it has to be level
Used to mount a scope to rifle. Very nice and handy.

Inexpensive level for non-critical jobs.
One level was okay (for the price and plastic build), the second was out of spec. These would be fine for outdoor projects like a raised bed planting box or something where precision isn't critical for function. Returned for a aluminum set that can be calibrated.
