I ordered this to split with my mom. It has significantly less sodium than regular table salt but still has an equally salty flavor. I'm jealous of the people who can't taste it. I will say, though, I've been adding it to my husband's food, and he hasn't noticed any difference in taste. If you do a 50/50 mix of this product and regular salt, you reduce the aftertaste and are still using less sodium. If you use it in cooking, the aftertaste is not that noticeable, but if you just add it straight to food, such as eggs, I can taste a somewhat bitter, metallic aftertaste. It's not terrible, but noticeable to me. The pros: It's just as salty as regular salt with substantially less sodium, and of course, it's high in potassium. I've been using this daily as a substitute for much of my salt for the past few weeks, and since I started doing this, my blood pressure has lowered and is in the normal range now. I was struggling to get enough potassium in my diet to get my diastolic number under 80, but now it's around 75, which is a significant improvement. I will continue using this salt just for that benefit, alone. I think if you buy this realizing there might be a bit of an aftertaste, but you're okay with the tradeoff of way lower sodium with the same level of saltiness and the added benefit of potassium, it's a good choice. Allo tout le monde, voici une vraie critique ! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂 J'hésitais beaucoup à l'acheter, j'avais peur du goût....je lisais les avis...j'étais partagé dans ma pensée, surtout au prix de détail. Bien alors, wow qu'elle belle découverte ! Prenez note que le goût direct sur votre doigt n'est pas bon, ça goûte le sel mais en plus fort, PAR CONTRE, dans les aliments, que ce soit sur une tomate ou dans une recette, alors ça goûte le sel, il n'y a aucun arrière goût....!!!! C'est vraiment magique ! Le sodium est dangereux pour la santé et il ne faut pas dépasser 2000 mg de sodium par jour....faites attention ! Ce produit est la SOLUTION! N'OUBLIEZ PAS qu'il n'est pas bon au goût si vous y goûter avec le doigt mais QU'IL EST TRÈS BON directement dans les aliments. Je n'utiliserai que ceci maintenant pour remplacer le vraie sel de table. 🥰💚💚💚💚💛💛💛💛💛💛💛🧡🧡🧡🧡💛💛💚💚

Not bad at all
This salt actually tastes pretty good. Most of the time I only need 1/8 teaspoon when sprinkling on food. Keep this salt in a cool dry place and make sure it’s sealed because it can clump up.
