My dad likes to drink water with electrolytes but not a bunch of sugar. He loved this, he said he puts a small scoop into 16 ounces of water, mixes well and it tastes good. It was a great price too.

The reason why I knocked off a star is due to the after taste and if your water is close or is ice cold that aftertaste becomes more apparent but it does easily dissolves and doesn’t leave a grainy feeling

I'm a bit of a grape addict when it comes to flavor and I was very eager to give this a try.The grape exceeded expectations as far as tasting great. Very good flavor, without being overly sweet at the recommended ratio.When it comes to being a good electrolyte replacement powder many of the products I have tried seem to fall into two camps. The 1st camp are products that have lots of sodium and magnesium and are great for maintaining your salt balance if you are really working out and sweating a lot. These really do their job but often do not taste that great. The 2nd camp are products that seem to help me drink a lot and stay hydrated throughout the day because they taste so good they have me coming back for more. This product falls into the 2nd category for me. It taste so good it is easy for me to finish off my 32oz water bottle a few times a day.Overall, I love the flavor of this product and the fact that it will help me drink adequate amounts of water because it tastes so good without the downsides of carbonated soda or other drink additives. However, I would not so strongly recommend this if you were looking to replenish sodium during very high intensity exercise as the actual levels of sodium, chloride, and potassium are considerably less than several other electrolyte powders I have tried.

Spells better than it tastes but overall it’s not bad , I would much rather just drink water than use the product but it doesn’t stick too much

I was worried the mix would taste bad after I poured it into my 16 oz of water, but the powder just appears to not use much dye. The taste was actually really good! The grape was noticeable. I am usually very sensitive to non-sugar sweeteners, including Stevia: this mix did not leave the usual aftertaste in my mouth, surprisingly. It tasted very similar to big brand name electrolyte drinks, such as Gatorade. I did not detect the saltiness that some brands have.The container goes a long way too: the scoop is only about 1 teaspoon per 16 to oz of water, and the container holds a decent size of powder. The seal was very difficult to remove (I had to use a knife to cut it off).My only note: this mix does contain 100mg of Vitamin C per serving. That isn't a bad thing, but make sure to consult your doctor if you are taking any medications or supplements that could have an interaction.
