Even though the packing arrived open, all contents were present and functioned normally.

It is the dock I needed for my Lenovo laptop for more ports but I definitely needed more instructions on how it is to be connected. I had to ask the Lenovo Community and then download the manual.

Great unit, standard power supply was under-rated and the matching laptop's battery kept going dead. Once I bought a new 300 watt supply and updated the firmware it has been working flawlessly.

This is a sleek, good-looking docking station, solidly built, that worked instantly with my laptop + 34-inch curved screen setup. Audio, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and external flash drives also all functioned without issues. The ports are spaced far enough apart that it’s easy to plug in multiple items. It runs silently and only gets slightly warm.It’s nice that this dock provides an audio jack, since many of us still have speakers that require one. (Some other docks lack this.) However, another retro feature it would be nice to have is two HDMI ports. This dock only has one, alongside two DisplayPort outlets. The box should at least include an HDMI-to-DisplayPort adapter.I appreciated the cables provided, all of generous lengths. Indentations on the case also allow the dock to be attached vertically to a wall or to the back of a monitor to make your desk even cleaner.The power supply is rather large. This may be necessary because of its 300W rating, but could pose a problem in very crowded installations. Fortunately, there is a fairly long cable between the power supply and the unit, meaning the power supply can be placed at a distance if the space right around the dock is cramped.All in all, a no-sweat installation, well-performing, set-it-up-and-forget-it device.

Nicely packed with features, and has wide-ranging compatibility. This was literally plug-and-play with my ChromeOS device and was a breeze to use.My unit conked out shortly after I set it up. It indicated that it was powered on, but it only slow-charged my laptop and the peripherals were not connecting. I reached out to the seller, and they sent me a working replacement unit right away.They did ask me to send the old unit back, which was annoying because it meant packing and shipping it. I actually forgot about it, and they left it alone. All of this is to say that their customer service was pleasant.

Bought this back in Dec2024. Just setup this past week and already the network port is not responding.Checked warranty and discovered it was activated May2022. So item was refurbished.So disappointed. Stay away from this item and vendor

I have 3 or 4 of these higher end docks. All of them have little quirks except this one. It just seems to work. I switch between my Windows laptop and my MacBook quite a bit and this works flawlessly for both. With every other dock it takes me some fiddling around to actually get from windows to Mac every time. What ever magic they have put in this thing, It works super well. I’m running an ultrawide and a regular 1080p monitor. And it seems to have plenty of bandwidth to push both of them. On top of that, I have either net plugged in too and I’m still getting Gig speeds. The power supply can’t quite keep up with my very power hungry windows laptop. But does fine with my MacBook. I just keep my windows laptop plugged in with the barrel connection and it stays charged. Some of my other docks heat up and get really warm under load. I haven’t noticed this get hot at all. Maybe a little warm and that’s it. If you’re looking for a great dock. This is the one.

Nice quality, good video streaming, great charging:This product is dense and pretty well made, feeling nice and durable while handling. The product is not too large, however, and does fit well on a work desk. The product's video quality has been quite high when using both the HDMI and displayport outputs, and I haven't noticed any drop in the clarity of the images or the smoothness of the framerate while using. The product's higher wattage charging capabilities are also capable of charging the laptop plus smaller accessories simultaneously without slowing down the charge speed.Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.
