Tramontina Professional 12-Inch Non Stick Large Frying Pan

★★★★★ Excellent Fry Pan for Large Family Meals After a disappointing experience with another frying pan, I decided to give the Tramontina Professional 14-Inch Non-Stick Fry Pan a try, and I'm very glad I did. This pan is exactly what I was looking for. The extra-large 14-inch size makes it perfect for cooking meals for my entire family. Whether we're making breakfast with eggs and potatoes, sautéing vegetables, cooking meats, or preparing one-pan meals, it provides plenty of room without overcrowding the food. The non-stick surface performs exceptionally well. Eggs slide right off, food cooks evenly, and cleanup is incredibly easy. I use very little oil, and nothing sticks to the surface. The heavy-gauge aluminum construction distributes heat evenly and eliminates hot spots, which helps produce consistent cooking results. I also appreciate that the pan feels sturdy and professional-grade without being excessively heavy. The handle is comfortable, and the overall quality exceeds my expectations for the price. After several weeks of use, it continues to perform like new. This has quickly become our go-to pan in the kitchen. If you're looking for a large, reliable, truly non-stick frying pan for family-sized meals, I highly recommend the Tramontina Professional 14-Inch Fry Pan. It has earned a permanent place in our kitchen.

Non-stick pans don’t last forever and I’ve found it more economical to buy cheaper commercial grade pans and replace them as needed. I’m quite pleased with this pan. It was well packaged and well-constructed. After a wash and initial seasoning as directed, I had omelets rolling out of it and fried eggs skating around the pan like you see in commercials. Keep the heat at medium, use proper utensils and this pan should last a year or so of daily use.

I've used a lot of different non-stick pans in my life with varying levels of quality. This one, however, is the best one I've ever tried. I have an electric stove, and it cooks evenly and looks nice with a color pop on the handle. The part I like most is how it is super easy to clean. It doesn't matter what I've cooked on it, I can wipe off any debris with the softest part of the sponge. I seriously like it so well that it makes me want to buy one for my friend! It's a good size for most things I cook, so it's really rare I want another size. I'm really happy I bought this brand. It's a great value for the money ($34.95 at the time of purchase).

An improvement over the previous 10-inch pan. The non-stick surface is truly non-stick, and seems to be more durable than the previous offering. Also, the current pan has 3 rivets securing the handle to the pan instead of the previous 2. But it must be said, teflon-coated rivet heads would make clean-up even easier. Like Tramontina's previous 10-inch pan, this one is quite tippy, especially if the silicone handle guard (supplied) is fitted. Shortening the handle would be unlikely to improve stability, and would make tossing ingredients difficult. Increasing the weight of pan's base would improve stability and heat retention.

Love these plans! Cooks great. Easy to clean. Finally a pan that works as advertised. Got three different sizes. Already had lids that fit. They are reasonably priced. Great value.

So far this is a great pan. I bought it mostly for eggs and omelettes, and it hasn't disappointed. Eggs slide right out. The bottom is thinner than some other brands so it heats up quick, which also means food can burn easier, but if I can master an omelette, so can you. I NEVER put these types of pans in the dishwasher or use soap. I treat them like a cast iron pan. Hot water and a soft scrub brush is all that is needed after each use. I got 10 years of service from my T-Fal non-stick pan this way, so if I get 10 years out of this Tramontina, I will be very happy with the purchase. Here are a couple pictures of a one egg omelette. I used just a drop of olive oil, and it slid right out. The second picture shows the pan sitting flat and not tipping. I'm not sure why other reviewers had issues with that but perhaps their pan was not built correctly. If that's the case, then Tramontina has a quality control issue.

I’ve had this pan for three years now, it’s the best pan I have ever bought! I’ve bought some expensive pans in the past and they have not held up as well as this pan. It still cooks like it’s new and still does not stick. You can even put it in the oven to finish off dishes. The best part is, you can easily cook dishes for a family of six whether it be breakfast or dinner. You will not regret buying it.

This pan is excellent. It’s an excellent value. It’s well made, and a pleasure to use. I have had mine six months and the nonstick still looks good. The silicone on the handle enables me to handle it with confidence. The weight is good. The bottom is aluminum, not stainless, which is completely fair for this price and functionally reasonable. I have had all kinds of high-quality stainless frying pans, and the stainless bottom doesn’t make them any longer. All it does is make them prettier and easier to clean. If I want to sear something, I will select a stainless pan but for doing things that are determined to stick this pan is excellent.

Excelente!

The non-stick coating is second to none! This is the best non-stick pan I've ever used.

Quality and price

Wow nice, it’s very heavy too, which is good. This is a quality product, just to add, I have a Tramontina, kickhen set of pot and pans that are 20+ years old and they are still in excellent shape. No bending at all, no discoloration, no issues. Fantastic brand

Bin äußerst zufrieden! Der Auftritt im Weltnetz ist prima. Die Qualität der Ware ist wie erwartet gut. Der Versand klappte problemlos. Den Service brauchte ich nicht in Anspruch zu nehmen. Danke. Immer gern wieder! Weiter so!
