Solid 5 stars for sure
I would not spring for an Apple watch, I went for a competitor instead. It worked but did not have the glitz of the Apple. THIS IS A LOVELY WATCH>. I actually am springing for a Titanium band that almost costs as much as the watch. Things I liked and am currently liking. 1) Easy setup.. For Apple 16 nothing to do.. I cant even remember how to do it as it was a no brainer. 2) EASY to download the App . App is adequate featured but EVERYTHING FLIPPING WORKS!!!!! 3) GREAT battery life and EVEN GREATER charging time. 4) I am old as dirt and it has a screen that I can read without glasses.. nicely done 5) LOVELY colors .. useful and not tacky 6) I KNOW it was sent free for review but I assure you I would buy if i knew it was this nice. I really did buy a titanium metal band to match the watch and a group of 3 softer ones in case the metal grabs hairs. 7) I am going back as i type this and read the manufacture claims to refresh my mind... EVERY SINGLE ITEM INCLUDING THE PICTURES ARE ACCURATE>> This is a lovely watch.. I am quite picky and reasonably frugal. YOU WILL NOT FEEL CHEATED wearing second rate item.. 8) Buttons secure... I have huge ]wrist so I had to buy extra band but no worries.. well worth the investment. Hope this h elps. I know often it is confusing to see reviews of items provided free as there is an implicit desire to please the manufacturer. Not here lads.. THIS IS A LOVElY LOVELY WELL MADE PIECE OF KIT. If I crash it or lose it I Will buy another for sure.. cHEERS PS.. tHE SLEEP APP WORKED OUT OF THE BOX.... ACTUALY EVERYTHINGN WORKED. Text messages displayed.. Calls answered. Only thing I have not done is import address book assuming you can. It does automatically hold last calls. I guess I need to look at a manual. :) LOVELY WATCH well done marketing chaps and development lads>> not sure where it was made but well done anyway

Great watch, short battery life. Many options.
This watch functions great it has a very reactive touch screen and doesn’t lag. I like that the face of the watch is big, and the app is very user friendly. There are a lot of options for activities to track biometrics about 100. Tennis, basketball, boxing.. to name a few there are tons of activities too many to list. This watch tracks your steps, , sleep habits and oxygen levels. Speaking of sleep I think it is a little off when tracking sleep. One night it said I slept longer than I did which I knew wasn’t accurate because I have trouble sleeping and I track my sleep through another app. The battery life could be better, I have to charge mine after a day the battery seems to not last past a day in a half. This watch can answer calls, and you can read messages but can’t respond. I am using with iOS system. For the price to value this is a great deal. You can change the face watch on the watch or get more options on that app which then, uploads right to the watch face. Overall This watch is really a good value, and it isn’t perfect but great for my needs. For the price point, and features I think this is a great deal.

Looks nice but has some issues
Looks nice, easy enough to pair with iPhone, you do need an app. Text message notifications do not go through on the watch despite all of the required settings being on. Phone call notifications come through but not messages. Battery drains quickly, barely lasts a full day

*For the price* this is a great smart watch
If you're like me, and really want the benefits of a smart watch, but can't justify or afford the $100-$200 price range of the nicer ones, this is a good option. It's worth noting, however, that I have not tried any other smart watches at a similar price point, so this review is meant to evaluate the pros and cons of this watch in particular, not how it performs in comparison to similarly priced ones from other brands. Pros: -Sleek appearance -Relatively simple set up and instructions -Relatively comprehensive and user friendly app -Good battery life -Relatively intuitive and easy-to-use UI on watch -Decent variety of functions -Comfortable wrist band with nice sizing range -Extensive library of downloadable interchangeable watch faces included with app -Seems to be pretty accurate for tracking steps, heart rate and blood oxygen levels Cons: -Some of the wording on the app seems to be a little poorly translated -Sometimes the audio will switch back and forth between the watch and your phone when your listening to something on your phone -The sleep tracking and blood pressure measuring doesn't seem very accurate -The watch face can seem a little bulky if you have small wrists like me -Some of the features are a little confusing or difficult to use, but nothing that affects the overall function of the watch too noticeably. Overall, I'm generally enjoying this watch, as it successfully fulfills the need I wanted it for and feels like it is worth it at the price point it's at.

Highly Functional Smart Watch that can place calls
I own many smart watches, as I only wear fitness watches. I've still got charge life left on this watch and it has been five days, which is pretty good for a smart watch that I've been constantly fiddling with and going thru its paces. Metrics tracking is superb on this watch, from step tracking, heart rate monitoring, oxygen sensing, and sleep data. It tracks activities and can automatically sense various activities. I'm not too sure why the bezel timer ring is there, as it's so much better to use the digital timer and alarms within the watch. I'm also not a fan of the "tracks women's health" or "tracks calories" claims made by this and so many other smart watches, since you have to manually enter all the data within the app to actually make it helpful. The ability to receive and place calls on this watch sets it apart from many others, as it actually has a (tiny) keypad that you can use to dial. Better yet, scroll thru your contact list for fast dialing. The watch face can be changed to display what you wish and include your important stats for quick visibility.

Great Smartwatch with Useful Features, but Some Minor Annoyances
The AOLON GTR Ultra Smart Watch has a bright and clear 1.46” IPS display, making it easy to read notifications and fitness stats. The call and message features work well, and the health tracking functions (heart rate, sleep, and SpO2 monitoring) provide useful insights. The 100+ sports modes and IP67 waterproofing make it great for fitness tracking, and the battery life is solid, lasting about 5-7 days per charge. My biggest gripe (although relatively minor) is that you have to manually program contacts into the watch, as it does not sync directly from your phone’s contacts. Also, when reconnecting to the phone, you need to open the app to enable all functions, which can be a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, it’s a feature-packed smartwatch at a great price, making it a good option for those who don’t mind a bit of extra setup work.

Very good
As someone who exclusively wears fitness-focused smartwatches, I’ve tried quite a few, and this one stands out for several reasons. The battery life is impressive—it’s been five days of constant use, exploring its features and functions, and it still has charge left, which is solid performance for a smartwatch. The metrics tracking is excellent, covering everything from steps and heart rate to oxygen levels and sleep data. It even automatically detects activities, which is a handy feature. However, I find the bezel timer ring unnecessary, as the built-in digital timer and alarms are much more convenient. While it claims to track things like women’s health and calorie intake, these features require manual input in the app to be useful, which feels less streamlined. One standout feature is the ability to make and receive calls directly from the watch, complete with a small keypad and a scrollable contact list for easy dialing. The customizable watch face is another bonus, letting you display key stats at a glance. Overall, it’s a solid choice for fitness enthusiasts with a few minor quirks.
