This came not factory reset..it says refurnished but all information from someone else was on ipad..not even factory reset..my daughter in law had to reset it for me..very disappointing

I just bought this ipad and its completely unusable and its mdm (organization management) locked How am i gonna use the ipad a completely untrusted seller and please do not purchase from them for your own sanity and well being
