New personalized custom Official Seal Embosser by Imprue

This is the second embosser I have ordered from this company. Both embossers were very different--one was a company logo and the other was a corporate seal--but both came out beautifully. I can't believe how fast and helpful the company was in both cases. The embossers come with a handy carrying case, which is a nice added touch, and they work every bit as well as the much heavier ancient embosser we had been using for stock certificates and so on. In fact, our old (bulkier, metal) embosser had stopped making clear impressions--no matter how hard we squeezed the handle. It gave us generations of use, but it has now been replaced by this embosser.

I have used this in well over 300 seals for my personal library so far and it looks great. The person that I sent my design to was very helpful and the turn around time was fast! If I need another one of these in the future I will go to this shop first. The one thing that people need to know when they use this is not to use it all at once. I found that my small girly hands got tired after about 30-40 of these so I spaced my use of this product over a weekend with great success.

We needed this embosser to make impressions on 400 papers for social group event. Embosser arrived just one day before the event. We felt happy because it arrived at right time. Unfortunately, it stopped working after about 30 impressions. After close inspection, I noticed that the embosser's plates' alignment got messed up. We lost all the initial happiness and were very disappointed because we were not able to use it though it arrived in time.I would not recommend to buy from this merchant because: If you need to use on many documents at the same you may be disappointed If you are occasional user, your warranty may be expired by the time you notice the failure We had to pay return shipping because this merchant did not provide prepaid shipping label

We received this item on time and had no problem letting the company know what we wanted. We were able to put everything on the embosser that we were hoping for. It doesn't come with instructions on how to assemble but it is not hard to figure out. Once we had it together, we didn't have a hard time using it. I am a small person-about 120 lbs and I didn't have a problem pressing it together to get a seal. Those who are saying it is hard to press have it assembled incorrectly. I think if this company sent a short you tube link showing and explaining the assembly and why people may not be getting the seal then there would be less complaints-just my two cents- but we are completely happy with the purchase and is an excellent value for the price.

As many others have noted for some reason the entire seal doesn't make an imprint. But it's a solid construction and met my needs for the price.

Seller was very responsive and assisted me to make sure my order was as I wished. Shipping was a week earlier than promised. The embosser was exactly as described and came in a sturdy case. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Perfect! Ordered with anticipation as the price was lower than most others but decided to trust the reviews, received easy instructions from seller to send them my artwork. I had my complete artwork -which had even a 3rd line of info already designed and uploaded it to them. The communication was hassle free and easy and they shipped in no time. When I received the item, even though I watched the video, I still couldn't get the embossing correctly, it would appear that it was weak and hardly embossing the paper. But I gave it to my husband who got it right, he showed me that I had to line up the little slots in both the seal and the machine correctly, and now I am embossing everything I can put my hands on with excitement... and no need to press too hard either. I am pleased, this is well worth the money and I will be ordering again! I attached a photo of my seal embossed on paper and how it looks.

excellent custom work with great detail! great customer service as well (to get the custom design made you will need to send a copy of your artwork and deal with seller directly - very good interaction, great response time too!) I'm not sure how long this would hold up if you used it daily, but can say, for occasional use, this is amazing, especially for the price!
