I got the first one in sept 2025 and it didn’t even work so I got a replacement and stopped working after about 1000 bills and now it just says error code

The machine performs well and is straightforward to operate. Counting is fast and accurate, and the available features are practical and useful for day-to-day cash handling. Setup was simple, the interface is easy to understand, and overall the product meets our needs well.

I usually don't rate items as I order so much in a month. This purchase, however, left me impressed by the pricing being on par with the quality. Beginning with the packaging - you will find a wrapped display counter for customers, cover bag, bill detector pen, chargers, and basic instructions. Mine was pre-set to US currency. Has a beautiful blue LED screen. Performance - counts bills as soon as you insert them into the tray. Overall, great product for the right price - thank you!

This machine is outstanding. I thought I counted 6 million, but the reality is, it's was only around 242,000. Ty Red Cross!
