Very sharp and easy to use
I really like this mandoline slicer. It cuts vegetables quickly and evenly. Perfect for cucumbers, potatoes and carrots. Easy to clean and does not take much space in the kitchen. The blades are very sharp, so be careful when using it. Great quality for the price.

It’s thickest available option is too thin
Got this so that I could make zucchini pickles the option of thickness on the slicer doesn’t really give me the option to make a thick cut. The thickest cut it makes is an eighth of an inch. A little disappointed that I don’t have the option of making at least a quarter inch thick pickle.

Works Well but Blade Could Be More Secure
This handheld mandoline slicer is sharp, compact, and easy to use. The replaceable stainless steel blades evenly slice vegetables, saving you a ton of prep time. It's comfortable to hold and easy to clean after use. The only downside is that the blade doesn't stay firmly in place in the slicer. It sometimes moves while cutting, affecting the smoothness of the cut. Therefore, I can only give it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, it's still a useful tool that gets the job done, but it would be nice if the blade locked more securely.
