I was tired of a slow, noisy and limited machine. I searched everywhere then spotted this and yes I admit I was attracted to the pretty lights because it is a really good looking machine. I would recommend the vendor as it was delivered swiftly and very well packaged arriving with everything I needed. I unpacked it. It's a beast of a machine. Big and beautiful and again, yes I confess I love the blue neon lights on it. It's fast and quiet with loads of capacity. I've played videos and it's flawless and playing music which is what I love to do while surfing or working, the sound quality is fantastic. I've played and burned CDs and it's effortless for it. I still have other tasks yet to use it for but multi-tasking is most definitely not a problem for it. My husband had an Intel I7 and in terms of ease of use and flawless operation, it has to be said that this machine wins all round. For what it is, it is great value for money. I would definitely recommend it.

I brought this PC in February 2022, currently in April 2023, and this PC has continuously broken down every 2 months. Yes, the customer service is somewhat responsive, but the fixes are extremely temporary. The PC doesn’t support gaming, the lag is awful on large games, and it struggles to create content. The whole PC is unfortunately a beautiful mess. It looks absolutely fantastic, the design is sleek and it slides easily into my PC unit desk, but that’s it. Eventually this will become a piece of furniture simply because it will break down in 2 months. I want to stress severely that the 1TB space that is advertised is a LIE, as I was unable to use even 100gb of days before the PC stated that there was not enough space. I was prompted to spend an extra payment just to continue playing any games. Why is this a thing? It’s a blatant way to force you to pay more money for no reason whatsoever. I’ve pushed for a refund before, less than a year into the purchase when the problems got out of hand, and they said it was a software problem and not a hardware problem so they can’t refund me? But the problems keep happening, so what’s the real reason? It’s a scam, and a selfish organisation that make shoddy PC units that are made of paper and it’s a waste of money. I am currently once again resetting this PC for the 6th time and I am tired of this same song and dance over and over again.

All I can say is well done vibox, absolutely amazing entry level pc for beginners, can't fault vibox on anything at all from start to finish they have been outstanding, the customer service is too notch, they will gladly assist it any way they can from upgrades to just setting your pc up, the delivery was very quick 1 day I believe through Amazon. For gaming this pc is a very good entry level with plenty of room for upgrades as I myself have done majority was done through vibox other than my gpu as they didn't have the one I wanted in stock so I found it elsewhere, nothing to do with vibox they was happy to order in just I'm abit impaitent so I used Amazon for next day delivery. Pc looks amazing, ignore the comments that says it's loud because it's really not at all, the pc runs smooth with no faults at all, of course that down the user and user care aswell, All in all would highly recommend vibox to anyone I'm that pleased I'm going to be purchasing a very high spec pc from then very soon Vibox team your a pleasure to do business with

Boight as a Christmas gift for my teenage son who decided he wanted to get into PC gaming. Set up was easy and everything was connected and installed in a short time period. Looks fantastic and the accessories are good quality (not cheap that!) Also the customer service was AMAZING. The headphones included stopped working and after a quick message they sent out a new (better) pair with zero fuss. If your child is wanted yo get into gaming or just wanting a PC in general i couldn't recommend higher!

Bought an entry level gaming PC for my son, without having a huge amount of computing knowledge myself. Product arrived quickly. He loved the awesome look and feel of the PC. There were a couple of teething problems - mainly due to my lack of knowledge and their customer service was OUTSTANDING. They really helped me over and above what I would expect. The guy just seemed to want the PC to be the best we could make it for my son. He didn't mind explaining basics to me and was so helpful and supportive. Ended up agreeing to buy a separate graphics card and he helped advise which one would be the right one (and the cheapest) and even supported us to change it over inside the computer. Something I wouldn't have had a clue about. Result: my son has the perfect computer and he has also learnt that people can be really kind and helpful if you just ask them. STRONGLY RECOMMEND this company for a genuine, human service and an extremely cool looking PC.
