Everything you want it to be
It's been a while since I've been excited about a phone but this absolutely delivered, huge upgrade from my moto g. Durability is fantastic, battery is amazing, way faster than my old phone, and actually reasonably priced. Plus it came with an actual cable and brick, screen protector installed and an extra, and is the only reasonably sized phone still on the market. I feel like I could go on and on. Oh yeah, let's not forget the killer flashlight and night vision. Truly an awesome phone packed will come features, if you're interested in the phone then pick it up, you won't be disappointed.

Good all around compact rugged phone
I came from a samsung Galaxy Xcover rugged phone that was about 6 years old. This Ulefone is compact, fast and filled with many features. I love that it still has a 3.5mm aux jack and an easy to access sim/SD card tray. They flashlight and camping light feature are very helpful. I don't have anything bad to say about it after a week. I am impressed. It is a little heavier than most modern "smartphones", but it feels solid and I kinda like how it fits better in your hand although the screen is a tad smaller than others on the market.

A Swiss Army knife and a Nokia phone had a kid.
I picked up mine at the post office because the signature was required I found that out with the come get it receipt left at my mailbox. The water and dustproofing is a definite bonus being it supposedly can be a underwater camera, I don't have intentions of doing but it's nice to know it's protected. Build quality it seems like a pretty rugged solid phone as advertised. The night vision is a pretty neat trick for a phone along with the monster camera and Battery. It's like a little camping Swiss army knife for everything you want to do including both two-way and FM radio broadcast. And it's no joke do not look at the camping light directly! LOL I stuck a memory card in it to double the memory instead of a second Sim. I think I'm going to like this phone. Further updates will be posted if I have any issues. Otherwise seems like a good buy. I would have gave it five stars except for the headache of requiring a signature without notice beforehand.

Well-supported brick gets the job done
I love that the screen size is a very sensible size, large enough to be usable, small enough to reach with one hand and fit in a packet. The battery life is great, I can run the GPS all day without recharging. It has a modern Android release and things like contactless payments just work. The customer support is top. I do a lot of outdoor sports and seem to be hard on phones. I've had this phone just over a year. At one point it started struggling to charge and the support team worked with me to get it repaired without sending it back, minimizing downtime and shipping. The second time I had trouble they quickly sent me a replacement in the UK. I mostly use US Mobile's "Dark Star" (connecting to ATT) and sometimes "Warp" (connecting to Verizon), both seem fine in the US and Europe. Things I don't love: - bulk (thickness and weight) makes it feel like a brick, but get that the battery has to go somewhere. - fact that I needed help from support, but I didn't get any help from Unihertz and Samsung when their phones broke in similar time scales, even within the warranty period.

Great small form factor phone
I struggled to find a new model smartphone with a small form factor. Seemingly all new phones today are 6"+ in size. I did some research on smaller phones and found this gem. I was wary of Ulefone due to them being a smaller, lesser known manufacturer but took a chance. I am pleased to say I'm glad I did. This phone offers many more features than a Samsung or Apple phone at a very good value for price. It's one of the smallest production phones on the market with all the features of a modern smartphone, and more. While it is a bit chubbier, I still find it fits nicer in my pocket than a traditional large screen smartphone. It also more naturally fits your hand, making its shape ergonomic when holding it. The build quality is excellent. It feels extremely sturdy and well built. Granted, I've been treating mine delicately, it should handle the inevitable drop effortlessly. I particularly enjoy the IR Blaster for controlling TVs. The bright camping light has been more useful than expected. The FM radio is a refreshing feature seemingly long ago dropped by the major phone manufacturers. Reverse wired and wireless charging is a unique feature. The night vision works just like an IR security camera. The phone OS is smooth. The charging is very fast. I had a few questions about the phone using the customer support app. I have been getting good responses from Ulefone to answer my questions. Seemingly I thought the phone had some issues, but it was more user error on my part. The phone now offers an upgrade to Android 15 which was nice. It even added new features to the phone. Notably now the camping light can be toggled on with the orange function button without opening the phone. Good on Ulefone for continuing support for the device. Overall I'm very pleased with the phone and would recommend. The only catch is it must be used with T-Mobile or a T-Mobile MVNO, like Tello.

Notifications broken after Android 16 update
Cool, well-made phone, works great, updated to Android 16, current on security etc., but one major flaw. After updating to Android 16, notifications are completely broken. I still receive texts and calls, but the phone remains silent and also doesn't vibrate. Look online and you'll see others are having the same issue. Data and voice worked on US Mobile "Dark Star" (AT&T), which was a nice surprise, but this quirk after update means I have to return the phone. Too bad, really neat otherwise.

The best, for the best.
I'm a professional handyman. My phone is a tool. This phone is awesome. Perfect for me. Small screen means less distraction. Long battery life means more reliability. The water and dust resistance means it can go everywhere I go. The durability means I don't have to worry about hanging it off the edge of the roof to get a picture of one of my jobs. It seems lightning fast and I'm looking forward to continuing to enjoy this phone. I just ordered the armor watch to go with it.

Perfect size rugged phone
I have been using this phone for about two months now. It met my expectations and beyond. Great battery life. Small screen that I can easily fit into my pocket. Interesting gizmos (night vision, IR remote control, camp light etc.). I used the IR universal remote control multiple times, the latest when I was at the dentist and turned off the stupid TV.
