Schisandra Fruit -- 100 Capsules

This is a great product for anyone that suffers from anxiety. I have been struggling for years with anxiety and insomnia, and was searching for something that would help without the addictive side effects of most anxiety medications. I initially read about this supplement in an article online where Dr. Oz had recommended it. I know that for the most part he is a made for TV doctor that has had his issues, but I decided that without any other alternatives that I would give it a try. I found that taking the 2 capsules 15 minutes before bed has an amazing ability to "shut down" my brain. No lingering thoughts, to-do lists, radio songs that managed to become stuck in my head, just peaceful quietness. Perfect for falling asleep and getting that restful shut eye. I have suggested this supplement to many friends and colleagues that suffer from insomnia, and I suggest it to you as well. Please to be sure to check with your doctor if you have any medical conditions or are on any medications. Herbal supplements can have interactions and side effects. Okay so I suffer from hyperhidrosis ever since being on heavy opioids from 2011 to 2019. This has threw my body off to the point where I can be standing in -10 weather and will start dripping sweat especially in my face! It's so embarrassing that me being embarrassed will make it drip faster and heavier. I have be desperately seeking some kind of relief especially natural and I came across this and St John's Worth. After reading the reviews I decided to try Schizandra first and it has helped TREMENDOUSLY!! First of all, I was only taking 2 caps a day and didn't read that it's 2 caps twice a day. In the beginning my sweat was almost completely gone. Now (about a month and 1/2 later), I've started sweating in the face again but not as nearly as much as before or for as long. This has truly helped me and slowly getting my confidence back Update 3/6/23 So about a month ago it stop working for my hyperhidrosis unfortunately, so I haven’t reordered, but it really was a God sent for the months that it did work. Will be trying out Sage capsules next.

Arrived before the specified time, you could tell that it was packed in a way, that the person really cared about the way it was packed. Not haphazard by any means. It's also a great product, I feel I can concentrate and focus more.

I have not noticed a huge difference in the day to day effect of these. I literally mean DAY to DAY; night is where I was hoping these would work. I am an insomniac...I have a very analytical mind that tends to run on constantly and I have a hard time slowing things down when it comes time to turn in for the evening. Save for a couple stiff drinks (which incidentally ruin the quality of your sleep) I could almost never get to sleep or stay asleep. It got so bad that even if I was watching a show with my wife in the living room and started to doze off, by the time I go to bed I am laying awake staring at the ceiling mind racing along. I have tried melatonin, valerian root, teas, the list goes on...you name it odds are I have tried it. Well, these things work! I have been sleeping normally since about 3-5 days after I started taking them. At first I would not get to sleep right away but it got progressively better. My wife can't believe it, sometimes I am out before her which was NEVER the case in the past. If I am having a particularly stressful week sometimes I will take a little california poppy extract just before bed which seems to work synergistically with it. You don't feel drugged or sedated, just more calm and relaxed. I am better able to "let go" and drift off to sleep.

My np recommended for stress. Not sure I felt much of any difference.

Longer than I thought to receive but maybe it was coming from Timbuktu (lol, I don't recall) but I'm very happy with my product nonetheless. This product has amazing benefits I'm grateful I know about: Powerful adaptogen, helps relieve stress, increases stamina and strength, definitely increases my energy, helps with clarity of mind (we could all use that), helps digestion, helps protect the liver and lungs, helps treat respiratory ailments, anti-aging and longevity, aphrodisiac, helps treat nights sweats and mental and physical exhaustion (which I needed since I'd been caregiving my mother for a couple of years and puts you through the ringer), the list goes on . . . If you don't notice a difference right away (on anything regimen you begin) it just means it will take longer to see results b/c your body may be deficient in whatever you're taking.
