I chose this 6 inch mini chainsaw as it had very good reviews. So far, I have only used it once to cut back some thick branches on a tree (c 2.5 inch diameter) & then to cut them into sections but it performed very well. It's not very heavy & I found it easy to use even with arthritis in my hands! All the accessories were in the box & I appreciate having two batteries. The carry case is great too. I bought a wee bottle of chainsaw oil. I received a follow-up message from the seller confirming the 3 year warranty & listing some helpful tips on how to use the chainsaw, much appreciated. I'm very happy with my purchase.

So far great, sawn a log for my wood burner, very good cut. I got some better gloves, the ones that come with it I wouldn't trust so much if was to saw my finger off. Nice big batteries. Easy to use and setup with clear instructions

Excellent piece of kit, almost ready to use once you have opened the box. I purchased the 8 inch it allows you to do a little bit more, for not a lot extra money. Surprised how good it is. You will need to purchase bar and chain oil 1Lt approx £8.50. The gloves are not fit for purpose i would recommend that you get a good pair. I almost had an accident when pruning a small branch the saw bucked up and caught my leather gloves which saved me, tomorrow i by proper gloves. Because the saw is so light you use one hand to hold it and sometimes the other hand to hold the branch. Some youtube videos show a handle that screws into the side, to give stability and keep both hands behind the cutting blade, this device does not come with one. Not sure how good the eye protection is, so i would recommend getting a good pair. Have used the saw for two days now and have run out of things to cut. The two batteries hold there charge well and its nice to know you have one in reserve Great piece of kit,for very little money.

Actually, very good. A day cutting and pruning large tree. Was useful as didn't need to weald larger chainsaw. This was ideal as could hold on to ladder, tree whilst sawing as was light enough. Battery power , saw power was good. Life batteries ok. Whilst using second battery, after depleting first and putting on charge, some tidying up the first battery had recharged I think within the hour. So overall pretty impressed.

Purchased this to het my very unruly and out of co trolley ivy trimmed back then dug up. Some of the branches are quite thick, so I did order the chainsaw that could go through the thickest of branches. All new to this, so I guess I may have gone slightly over the top. I ordered the proper chain oil, and a chainsaw maintenance kit with sharpener etc in, read the booklet and watched a few videos as well. Thick leather diy gloves and a very sturdy metal facial guard, which I can attach to my safety helmet. Anyways, it is very strange when using a chainsaw for the first time, but I got the hang of it very quickly. It went through all.those branches like a knife through butter!! I am so impressed with it. It looks good, and is very well made, also comes with its own lovely blue sturdy case to store it away safely. Easy to assemble(I did soak the chainsaw chain in the correct oil over night before assembling). Easy to use, will admit it was awkward wearing thick leather gloves, but I would rather that than have a accident. Now that the ivy has been ablitterated....I will find alot of use for my new chainsaw. After use, I fully cleaned it then packed it away in its case. Brilliant piece of kit!!!

I ordered the product having never used a hand held chain saw before. This one is great, comes in a case with two batteries, charger, with some cotton gloves, plastic eye glasses and a spare chain. Cuts branches and small logs without an issue. You do.need to add chain saw oil to the reservoir to lubricate the chain. However, the saw stopped working after about four weeks. I contacted the Company via email as Amazon suggested. Sent three emails in the end. Sent the company a video of the saw not working and proof of purchase. Didn't hear anything for about two weeks. Then out of the blue got an email stating a replacement was on its way. Took 10 working days to arrive. Now back up and running with a great chainsaw. The company also sent me an extra two spare chains. So now very happy.

Excellent. Very effective. Value for money. Dispensed with my larger STIHL petrol chainsaw. Batteries last a long time (there are two in the pack).
