I had the older style for years loved it but it finaly stoped. The new one has a much smaller tank. still works well but I need to refill it every ear takes a full tank. Also not easy to remove the tank wile in the shower when it is wet. However it does work well I wear hearing aids and my years get alot of wax this removes it fast and very well

I purchased this item back in April. This is the second one. The first one stopped working after 6 months. The one I purchased in April stopped holding a charge after 2 months. Very disappointed in the product.. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I thought this was a cool product when I purchased. Thought I did something wrong until the second purchase also failed.

This didn’t quite work for me. It didn’t flush out as well as I expected. Ended up buying an old fashioned hand held baby nasal aspirator which worked wonders for a fraction of the price.

Worked fine until the first time I had to recharge it. Now, the lights blink but it doesn't work. There's no user's manual so I don't know what the issue is, and there's no customer service to ask.

Works ok but kinda loud and didn't clear all the wax.
