Is charging speed affected by phone case thickness?

Yes, overly thick phone cases can hinder charging speed and cause overheating due to blocked current. We recommend keeping the charging area's thickness under 2mm and prioritizing cases with a magsafe ring for better performance.

Why does my charger heat up while charging, and could this potentially damage my phone?

Normal charging heat won’t harm your phone. Both our product and your phone have overheating protection, stopping current flow if temperatures get too high.

How to avoid overheating during use?

Avoid thick phone cases; use magsafe-compatible cases. When charging without case, ensure the charger aligns correctly with the phone’s back to prevent overheating or charging failure.

Why is my charging speed slower than expected?

For optimal performance, use a 5V3A or 9V2A (or higher) power adapter. Chargers with 5V2A or lower power output will significantly reduce charging efficiency.

Is the charger compatible with the 12 Pro Max, 13 Pro Max, 14 Pro Max, 15 Pro Max, and 16 Pro Max?

Yes, our charger supports all Pro Max models. However, please note that due to their larger batteries, charging times for Pro Max versions will be longer compared to the standard or Pro models.
