Matzos Lightly Salted, 11 Ounce

These matzah make one of my favorite lunches. I spread on a tablespoon of unsalted peanut butter with a little honey or jam, and with a glass of milk it’s more satisfying and fun to eat than making the sandwich with bread or any other cracker. And this is my favorite matzah brand. U

First, I am not Jewish ethnically or spiritually BUT I a a New York City "refugee" living in rural PA. I love good matzo especially with good quality chopped chicken liver. I learned to love that combo before I knew "exactly" what liver was or might have never even tasted it, thinking it to be gross. That being said, for me matzo is the only food to play well with the chopped liver as it seem bread & crackers tend to hide the subtle tastes angles of the liver while matzo lets it shine through. And Streits matzo is my go to brand (especially after watching the great PBS documentary on this old bakery, once part of the heart of the lower east side. My favorite version was packaged as "MOON STRIPS" but that seems to have disappeared so tried these Lightly Salted one. I find them close to perfect and can always sprinkle a bit of ONION POWDER on them to approximate the Moon Strips flavor. Like many things, you either love or hate matzo. For me this is the brand I love and glad I found them on Amazon as none of my local stores carry any matzo at all.

So delicious , crunchy and fresh Matzo crackers! Hard to stop eating them as a snack or with your favorite meal!

Taste is really good but came in very broken.

Excellent product. Excellent delivery

The boxes arrived with 90% of the Matzo broken. However it did not bother me because I was planning to break it to fry with scrambled eggs. The flavor with lightly salted was perfect. It would not be good for a Seder, in my opinion.
