Bottle cap broken and container sticky otherwise a five star
First, the coffee syrup is delicious. The bottle was well wrapped in cardboard but upon opening it the screw cap was cracked and the bottle was sticky. If the delivery was clean, I would have rated this a five star. I would order it again because the odds are this wouldn't happen again.
