Very Poor Product Quality & Extremely Unprofessional After-Sales Service I purchased this wall-mounted fan from Oltaco on Amazon, expecting reasonable quality and proper after-sales support, especially since the product comes with a 1-year warranty. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The fan makes excessive and abnormal noise, and I have been following up with the company for more than one month. Despite several commitments from their representatives, the issue has still not been resolved. What is even more concerning is that their representative has acknowledged that the problem is due to a manufacturing defect, yet there has been no satisfactory resolution. A warranty is meaningful only when the company stands behind its product and provides timely support. Repeated promises without action show a complete lack of professionalism and customer commitment. I strongly recommend potential buyers think twice before purchasing this product. The product quality and, more importantly, the after-sales service have been highly disappointing.

The motor is not working properly and I tried to request for a return or replacement of the product but it's not letting me to proceed with the steps. And the fan leaves are wooden which won't give us much wind.

The product was delivered nearly a month after I paid for it. I had to follow up with them multiple times. After it was delivered after a month, it's defective and not working. I called their customer care number 6 times but there was no one available to help.
