Gives me more neck pain then a regular pillow. Disappointment

This pillow has exceeded my expectations, and I honestly can’t sleep without it now. I’ve had neck and shoulder issues for several years, and this is the first pillow that has genuinely eased the pain and stiffness I was waking up with. One feature I really appreciate is that the pillow has two different height options built into the contour design. It lets you choose the side that gives you the best elevation and alignment. I use the slightly higher side, and it has been perfect for supporting my neck as a side sleeper. The pillow feels soft but very supportive, and the queen size gives a generous surface area. The memory foam holds its shape extremely well, and I had no adjustment period at all – I slept comfortably from the very first night. Since using this pillow, my neck pain and stiffness have improved significantly, and the cooling pillowcase is a nice bonus. Great product would purchase again. I would like to have an extra pillowcase that would not have to be hung to dry.

Not a good one too soft to be supporting.

On week 2 of this new pillow and I've had great results. I was worried about some of the comments about a strong unpleasant odor but luckily I did not experience this. I did wash the pillow case immediately and chose to let the foam air out for 2 days prior to use. Although I smelt nothing when I opened it. It is super comfy and has really helped with my headaches I was waking up with and seems to be helping with my lower back pain as well.
