I donate triple Platelets every two week and this Iron Supplement 4 days before the and 3 days after the donation and taking this supplement keeps Iron count at a good level! The Vitamin C and B6, B12, seem to help with issues not having the side affects of the stomach and digestive system that sometimes happens taking an Iron Supplement only! Helps With My Iron Levels!
