Excellent sea salt. So thankful I found this one. This is a "fine ground" French gray sea salt. It's not plump but it plumps up some when left out in humidity. Description shows that it is hand harvested, from Brittany France. Its package states Organic and Non-GMO and has 82 essential minerals. It is 3rd party lab tested for heavy metals. This tells me that they are going out of their way to give us a quality and safe sea salt. / A DIFFERENT top popular brand sea salt in the blue bag I stopped buying it. It was just in a lawsuit for excessive % of heavy metals. It doesn't matter to me if the lawsuit was dropped, damage was done. The fact is it sold us their sea salt knowing it was harmful. There are YT videos on this testing. /
