Best pancake mix ever. While at my sons house a few months ago my grandson asked for pancakes. I couldn’t believe how easy this mix made it. Just mix with water and they turned out to be the most fluffy delicious tasting pancakes I ever made. When I came home I couldn’t find them at my local supermarket so I decided to order the mix from Amazon! I’ve been making perfect pancakes since. Try this mix you won’t be disappointed.

Not quite American Diner quality, but a close second. 😅
Makes some really nice pancakes, but the instructions on the pack are a tad misleading; if you’re using a stove, I’d recommend only cooking for half the time on the packet if you want fluffy pancakes…otherwise they’ll burn. Not quite American Diner quality, but a close second. Overall happy and will probably buy again. 😅
