This lasted all day and night without running or smudging and is my favourite product now.

Never had a better eyebrow product. I’m not great with my eyebrows and this pen helps me make it look fuller and still natural

Very dry and snapped

The best one I have tried in my life, but unfortunately, It smudged during the day. I tried in every possible way with the use of the other products of my daily makeup. Of course, Less than other brands I've tried. Smudge not resistance.

This was not 100% Stay All Day® Smudge & Set. There was nothing set about it. It just migrates down over the day or evening, leaving Panda eyes, and it is impossible to scrub off with water, as it is waterproof, making it impossible to try to repair the damage while you are out. You just have to put up with looking like you have been out all night when it is only 10 pm. I love Stila lipstick, but they just cannot get their eyeliners right. This is not the only poor version. This is the third type I have tried and failed with. Why do I buy them? Because they get consistently high ratings for their eyeliners, and their lipstick stays put much better than many other brands. I do not have peculiar eyes that encourage smudging and running. I have worn eyeliner successfully for many years. This includes ones that are not waterproof or supposedly long-lasting. 2 stars given as the formulation is easy to apply and looks really good when first on.

Too hard to wash off

FABULOUS!!! Stila makes The BEST eyeliner pencil!!! Kudos to Stila!! FINALLY a great eyeliner pencil!! Their pencil dries in about a minute, and does not run and smudge all over to give you raccoon eyes! Great for the water line!!!! Stays there!!! Not hard and dry! Very soft, which makes it very easy to apply. Lasts all day and night with no raccoon eyes!! Goes on smoothly, great texture, etc.. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Stilla!!! It took me a long time to finally find the best pencil out there!! I have ordered Urban Decay, Maybelline Unstoppable, Tatoo Studio, Make Up Forever, Benefit Bad Gal Bang, Elf, Chanel, Estee Lauder, and more. They all smudged causing raccoon eyes, didn’t work for the waterline without smudging under the eyes! They are all in the garbage! Thank you Stilla for making a terrific product and being 100% honest about it!!

I've been looking for years for an eyeliner that will stay put on my waterline, trying ones that were even advertised as waterline eyeliner and no such luck. This eyeliner isn't perfect for that for me, but it's the closest to perfect I've found so far and I'm very impressed! It stays most of the day and I can touch it up but it's not a make or break of my makeup unlike past eyeliners I've tried for it. It applies easily and wears pretty well! Keep in mind different eyeliners work for different people but I thought I'd give this one a try since I love the Stila Dual Ended Eyeliner so much and swear by that one and I'm very glad I did try this one!

One of my absolute favorite eyeliners! Really need to check out the other colors but it goes on really smoothly and lasts all day, as long as you aren't constantly rubbing your eyes. 10/10 would purchase again!

This is the best eyeliner a girl can find worldwide! This product is super easy to apply to the waterline and doesn't scratch. The formula is soft and glides on effortlessly. This product really does stay on all day. If you tend to be waterier in the eye, I would suggest to set in the inner corner of your eye to prevent smudging. 10/10. Also try the Stila liquid eyeliner pen, you wont be disappointed !
